Fabulous

Maurizio is an amazing host, he welcomed us and kindly helped us take our luggage up to the flat. This place felt like a dream come true. Me and my wife stayed here 4 nights and we have no words to describe this apartment, everything was modern and unique and yet so cosy. We loved it! We couldn’t have found a better place. So many facilities such as swimming pool, laundry room, gym, barbecue garden, 2 free car parks. We would wake up everyday to one of the most peaceful views in the world from our bed. There is genuinely nothing to complain about this place, only little advice i would give is to have shower gel and shampoo in the shower as we had to go buy our own.

The owner is really, really nice, generous, and very helpful.

Modern, quiet, well-equipped— true to the pictures. The marvelous mountain view from the balcony is our favorite. The little town next to the apartment is cozy and ideal for little kids (10-month and 2y10m) to play around. We enjoyed it every day, no matter if we go out or just be lazy at home.

Just as mentioned in other reviews, there’s not much public transportation and it might be hard to get around if one wants to go to a bigger supermarket or the sightseeing spots. However, we drives there so that wasn’t much a problem for us.

Very nice hotel courtyard, mountain view. The room is very modern, many types of lighting, designer interior, very cool comfortable kitchen, terrace overlooking the pool and with its own exit. Green lawns, everything is very clean, cozy and aesthetically pleasing. Thank you! We would visit this hotel again, we recommend it!

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole

Struttura estremamente bella, moderna, tecnologica, pulita, spaziosa, giovane, elegante, efficiente, piacevole. Letti comodi, divano comodo, doccia estremamente rilassante avendo anche la cascata. Quando la sera tornavamo dopo aver girato per il Trentino, era un piacere rilassarsi un pò nell'appartamento prima di andare a dormire. Disponibilità assoluta per cambiare giorni anche non avendo cancellazione gratuita. Posizione comoda per poter girare sia la zona del lago che per andare sù verso Bolzano ecc...

Struttura come da descrizione, oltre le aspettative, abbiamo anticipato l arrivo previsto e il gestore Maurizio si è messo a disposizione senza nessun problema Pulizia e organizzazione Top! Il nostro cucciolo si è trovato come a casa, la veranda è veramente comoda per godere di una vista panoramica sulle montagne e ben organizzata! Letto comodo, doccia walking, tutto domotizzato e facile per la gestione.

Maurizio è stato a nostra disposizione e non abbiamo riscontrato nessun punto a sfavore, forse il fatto di dover lasciare la struttura e l accoglienza ricevuta, ritorneremo sicuramente!

Un fantastico fine settimana sul Garda

Posizione buona a 2 passi dal lago di Garda in un paese abbastanza tranquillo. Il ragazzo che ci ha accolto è stato super disponibile e professionale. Appartamenti stupendamente arredati, letti comodi e cucina ben attrezzata. Il residence è molto ben fornito, con piscina, zona barbecue e possibilità di utilizzare biciclette. Possibilità di portare cani:-)

Tolle top moderne, saubere Unterkunft

Toller Urlaub zum Wandern am Lago di Garda. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und top modern mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Sehr bequemes Bett und ein modernes Bad mit Regendusche. Toller großer Garten mit Swimmingpool und vielen Olivenbäumen. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Sehr netter Vermieter. Die Unterkunft war super sauber gereinigt. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und wir kommen gerne wieder. Nago ist ein netter kleiner Ort oberhalb des Gardasees mit einem kleinen Lebensmittelgeschäft.

Appartement oberhalb von Riva

Ein ganz neues Haus . Sehr modern eingerichtet. Viele Steckdosen, großes Schlafzimmer, tolle Küche und ein schöner großer Balkon. Pool klein und fein. Viele Liegemöglichkeiten. Fahrradraum zum abschließen. Grillmöglichkeiten Parkplätze auf dem Grundstück vorhanden. Kontakt mit dem Vermieter jederzeit möglich. Manchmal etwas schleppend. Alle Anfragen wurden aber ausgeführt. Schöne Beleuchtung. Rollos und Klimaanlage.

Klimaanlage funktionierte nicht vernünftig an kalten Tagen ( als Heizung), Duschstrahl eher mau. Wasser wurde nicht richtig heiß. Gardacard konnte nur mit Schwierigkeiten aktiviert werden. Waschmaschine nur mit Gebühr. 4,50 € pro Maschine. Stand so nicht in der Beschreibung. Tor wurde am Abend nicht zu gefahren. Appartement liegt außerhalb. Keine nennenswerten Supermärkte in der Nähe. Ohne Auto nix möglich.

Uplne nove, supermoderne zarizene a ciste apartmany. Vsechno k dispozici od kavovaru po detskou zidlicku. Krasne misto pro zakonceni nasich libanek.

Vse bylo super, ale pokud je bazen vyhrivany, jak se tu pise, pak by mohl byt vice. Pro nas to bylo hodne studene. Ale nevadilo, uzivali jsme si cas na zahrade.

عدد المناشف قليل وعدم وجود تنظيف يومي ، شاهدت احد الساكنين في الدور الارضي يسطحب معه حيوان اليف رغم وجود منع لدخول الحيوانات في سياسة السكن

Wunderbar! Leider waren wir auf der Durchreise und nur eine Nacht im Casa32. Die Unterkunft ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern und wir werden definitiv noch einmal wiederkommen und länger bleiben. Mit dem Auto ist man in ein paar Minuten in Riva del Garda, daher top gelegen.

Ich hätte mir noch einen Topper auf der Matratze gewünscht, aber das ist wirklich jammern auf hohem Niveau. Es gibt wirklich nichts zu bemängeln.

Mooie apartmenten, maar met enkele mankementen en een ijskoud zwembad

Nieuw en modern apartement.

In ons eerste apartement waren de elektrische shutters verwijderd, omdat deze kapot waren. Dit werd niet gemeld, dus we kwamen er 's avonds pas achter toen we wilden gaan slapen; geen privacy en erg licht in de ochtend. De slaapbank kon niet goed worden uitgeklapt, waardoor er kuilen in zaten. Na onze melding kregen we gelukkig het apartement er tegenover en daarmee was alles snel opgelost. Het ergste was eigenlijk het zwembad. Dat was zó koud dat gasten er geen gebruik van konden maken. Net het water ververst waarschijnlijk?

Eine moderne Ferienwohnung mit hochwertiger Ausstattung

Uns hat die moderne Ferienwohnung sehr gut gefallen. Da wir im Obergeschoss untergebracht waren, hatten wir einen tollen Blick auf die Landschaft und viel Privatsphäre. Die Wohnung war sehr gut ausgestattet, sehr geräumig und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Der Weg zum Gardasee, sowohl nach Riva und Torbole war mit dem Auto gut zu bestreiten.

Leider gab es nur eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner, die in einem Nebengebäude untergebracht waren, und gegen Bezahlung allen zur Verfügung standen.

Bellissimo

Appartamento stupendo, davvero comodissimo e confortevole: dotato di balcone / terrazzo su cui mangiare e rilassarsi, zona giorno con cucina dotata di lavastoviglie, bagno e camera da letto. Il soggiorno si affaccia sul balcone grazie ad una bellissima vetrata che rende L’ambiente unico. Proprietario gentile e sempre disponibile. Parcheggio sempre a disposizione. Punto strategico per raggiungere tantissime mete turistiche, dal lago alla montagna.

Tutto stupendo, forse solo la palestra me la immaginavo più spaziosa: è davvero piccolina per cui alla fine non l’ho utilizzata

Bellissima struttura, moderna e ben organizzata, un impianto di climatizzazione perfetto, importante per noi che siamo stati 2 giorni dove fuori facevano 33º; la piscina all’esterno è stupenda.

All’interno dell’appartamento in certi angoli c’erano ragnatele, la piscina sempre sporca, a causa delle foglie degli alberi o animali che restavano sull’acqua per il resto tutto molto pulito.

Die Lage war sehr gut. Eine Tankstelle war unmittelbar in de Nähe und am Gardasee war man auch sehr schnell. Haustiere waren sehr willkommen. Der Pool war klasse und der Fitnessraum hat alles was man braucht.

Schöne Wohnung, Lage an der Straße ist leider laut. Für Kinder wenig geeignet.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr neu und sauber und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Wohnung mit Terrasse - bedeutet nicht EG, sondern ist eine Wohnung mit Balkon.

Leider ist es mit der Straße sehr laut. Man hört sie auf dem Balkon und in der Nacht kann man kein Fenster geöffnet lassen. Leider hat die Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert und das Gebäude heizt sich sehr auf, es hatte Anfang Juni bereits 26 grad in der Wohnung. Die Klima bläst nur die ganze Zeit und macht Geräusche, aber kühlt nicht. Mit offenem Fenster kann man im Schlafzimmer wegen der Lautstärke der Straße nicht schlafen. Bei geschlossen Fenster ist es ruhig. Auch am Pool ist die Straße stark zu hören. Es ist auch nicht zu empfehlen mit offenen Fenster zu schlafen, da es sehr viele Stechmücken gibt. Auch abends auf dem Balkon. Für kleine Kinder ist nur eine EG Wohnung zu empfehlen, weil der Balkon Querstreben hat und die Kinder dort hinaufsteigen können. Leider gibt es keine Spielgeräten für Kinder. Wenn man im Wohnzimmer schläft, geht der Bewegungsmelder der Lichtschalter an und aus die ganze Nacht.
