Das Sofabett ist leider sehr ungemütlich - die Matratze hängt schon durch. Ich glaube es müsste erneuert werden.

The location is quiet, the apartments are new. Parking directly in front of the apartment is more difficult, but there are free public parking lots 2 minutes walk away. The apartment is well equipped and has a pleasant air-conditioned environment. It is also pleasant to sit on the balcony with a view of the mountains.
A small disadvantage is the lack of parking spaces, but we always found a parking space within a 2-minute walk.

Nice apartment with a small balcony too. Modern and clean.
Unacceptable service regarding the air conditioning. having AC was our top filter requirement. The unit was completely broken, meaning we couldn't sleep at all on our first night. We called management repeatedly, but they answer only on the second day they kept making excuses (even claiming cooling was "coming from the floor", and its not hot) to avoid admit and fixing it. Only after I strongly insisted late on the second night someone finally inspect the unit and admit it wasn't working.
