Spacious, clean, modern, very nice evening views of Torbole and sunset. Short walk to the nicest part of Torbole.

Lovely authentic apartment with a great view overlooking Torbole and the lake. Facilities were great, super comfy, everyone enjoyed it.

Bring some insect repellant for outside, we were there in late June and got some bites.

Great apartment with wonderful lake view

This apartment has the best view of Torbole harbour. We loved the nicely shady little terrace with all the flowers, from which you can time exactly when the wind is at its best. The apartment is great, well appointed, excellent kitchen, but we have spent almost all the time outside on the terrace. Storage for the bicycles was well appreciated. The car park is up some stairs, but very easy once you know it, and well explained by Andrea.

Sehr schöne Lage, Frühstücken mit Blick auf den See. Terrasse liegt fast immer im Schatten, was wir als sehr angenehm empfanden, da es in der Sonne schon morgens sehr warm werden kann. Ausstattung sehr gut, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Parkplatz oberhalb der Unterkunft, sehr bequem zu erreichen, Einfahrtshöhe beachten ! Nachbarschaft sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gastgeber jederzeit ansprechbar. Problemlose und freundliche Abwicklung.

Klimaanlage hat doch etwas gefehlt, aber wir hatten in der ersten Woche auch 38 Grad. Zweite Woche bei 30 Grad war es kein Problem mehr. Etwas mehr Gläser wären vorteilhaft, bei 6 Personen Belegung wäre es zu wenig. Für 4 Personen ist aber alles ausreichend vorhanden.

Schöne Unterkunft, mit viel Potenzial

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gemütlich…. Sehr schöne kleine Terrasse mit toller Aussicht auf den See.

Zwischen Eingangstüre in die Wohnung und der Terrasse verlief eine Treppe entlang. Diese wurde benutzt von den anderen Bewohnern des Hauses, deren Wohnungseingänge weiter oben waren. Dies war teilweise unschön, da zwei männliche Bewohner des Hauses „merkwürdig“ waren. Teilweise haben Küchenutensilien gefehlt. Es waren kaum Küchenmesser da, Platten, bestimmte Schüsseln, Karaffe, Messbecher….wir haben viel gekocht und da hat schon das ein oder andere gefehlt.

Leider keine Klimaanlage vorhanden, vorallem im oberen Schlafzimmer ist es sehr warm. Deshalb auch ein Punkt Abzug im Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Top Lage und sehr gut geeignet für Gruppen

Aufteilung, Lage und genereller Komfort

Dass trotz Wunsch keinerlei weitere Kissen zur Verfügung gestellt werden konnten sowie die Tatsache dass es, obwohl das Haus innen recht kühl ist, keine Klimaanlage gibt. Gerade nachts ist es durch die stark befahrene Hauptstraße sehr, sehr laut, da man die Fenster geöffnet haben muss.
