La casa è molto silenziosa, il letto e i cuscini sono molto comodi. È presente una lavatrice a disposizione. L'arredo è essenziale ma funzionale e moderno. Posizione ottima e vicina a dei posteggi gratuiti. Proprietario molto disponibile, cordiale e reattivo nel risolvere un problema emerso durante il soggiorno.
Assenza di tende in camera da letto (ma presente persiana) e in cucina/soggiorno (no persiana). Luce temporizzata in corridoio non possibile da spegnere manualmente.

La ubicación es hermosa, tranquila , tradicional y con buenas vistas, además un hermoso balcón
El parking del establecimiento no es muy cómodo , si tenes un auto largo, no es conveniente.
Pero Luca nos recomendó otro parking a 7 minutos caminando :)

Everything was just great. The apartment is really nice, roomy, but with enough equipment. It has a nice view, and a balcony, where you can sit and enjoy the landscape. The bed was really comfortable, the wi-fi fast, the shower big... If I am super picky, the only thing I'd change was the automatic light in the hall (too strong when woking up in the night), but that's really just a detail. The parking is not easy, but at the same time it's great to have the car right in front of the door. What I want to mention is also the communication with the owner - very pleasant, fast and supportive. Thank you!

Appartement agréable et frais, même en été. La cuisine est bien équipée. Capsules de lave-vaisselle, de lessive et du café mis à disposition. La localisation est pratique pour découvrir la partie nord du lac.
Vis-à-vis important depuis la terrasse avec les voisins. Le store de la salle de bain ne couvre pas entièrement la fenêtre (vue directe sur le jardin du voisin). Le parking est très difficile d’accès (pour y entrer et en sortir). Nous avons une Toyota Auris, il faut être un conducteur très expérimenté. Il faut donc se garer plus loin.
Très mauvaise insonorisation avec l'autre appartement (énormément de bruit d'escalier, de pas, ...).
La literie ne correspondait pas à nos préférences.
