Piacevole soggiorno a due passi dal Garda

Ottima assistenza prima dell'arrivo e check-in autonomo molto comodo. L'appartamento è adeguato per 4 persone e ben riscaldato, la cucina ben attrezzata, presenti lavastoviglie e forno, il kit di benvenuto utile e gradito, numerosi gli spazi contenitivi ed il bagno grande, con una lavatrice a disposizione. Mancava il phon ma Matteo ha provveduto a fornircelo. Buona la pulizia in generale. Presenza di un estintore nell'appartamento. Piccolo supermercato coop raggiungibile a piedi in pochi minuti, così come il lago, il panificio e vari ristoranti e bar. Parcheggio comodo di fronte alla struttura. Essendo inverno non abbiamo utilizzato la piscina

Divano letto scomodo, tv piccolissima in soggiorno, non uscendo molto la sera avrebbe fatto comodo una tv un po' più grande; non funzionante quella vecchissima in camera, a questo punto la risposta ad altro utente che lamentava il malfunzionamento dal 2022, dove si prospettava una risoluzione a breve, appare un po' come una presa in giro. Il frigorifero era stato impostato a 5, mi ha letteralmente congelato la lemon soda ed ho dovuto buttare una busta di insalata perché bruciata dal freddo. La pentola col colino inutilizzabile perché non adatta all'induzione, una delle padelle antiaderente tutta sgraffiata e quindi pericolosa per la salute. Mancano le presine e un adattatore per il phon in bagno. La struttura rilascia la Trentino guest card (poco sfruttabile) anziché la Garda guest card che sarebbe più utile in zona.

Entspannte Tage am Lago

Positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass wir schon vor Hinreise die Handynummern von zwei Ansprechpartnern bekamen. Außerdem wurde eine frühere Eincheckzeit möglich gemacht. Fragen und Sonstiges wurden immer schnell beantwortet. Lage war okay, in 10 Minuten war man zu Fuß am See und in diversen Lokalitäten.

Sauberkeit des Apartments war nicht ansprechend. Wir mussten auch 180€ für die Endreinigung bezahlen, da kann man schon etwas mehr Sauberkeit erwarten. Bilder der Wohnung bei der Buchung waren verwirrend, da Bilder von zwei verschiedenen Wohnungen vermischt wurden. Möbel und Ausstattung relativ billig, dem Preis nicht angemessen. Entgegen der Buchung war kein WiFi in der Wohnung vorhanden.
