Premium, special, unforgettable. Absolutely perfect!

Everything was perfect. The communication and planning in advance. Key collection. Internet. Facilities & cutlery, plates, cups, coffee making facilities etc. The cleaners came regularly, did not disturb us and left the communal spaces spotless. They also kindly put a wash on for those of us who didn't pack enough clothes! The pool on the roof is smaller and unheated but has unbeatable views. The pool at the bottom is bigger, but has no view due to the fence. We think it's heated too! Each apartment is almost identical, with the middle floor having balconies and an additional private shaded terrace. the ground floor has direct access to the big pool. There are loads of outdoor spaces, 12 people could gather in 3 different outdoor spaces and there would be space for everyone to sit comfortably outside. The views are just completely out of this world! in 10 steps you're at the view point opposite, 30 steps straight down and you're at the bakery in town, with a bar over the road, restaurants within another minutes walk, and a swimming beach no more than 3 minutes walk. If I can manage to gather a big enough group, I'll DEFINITELY be back. The best place I've stayed for sure! Thank you for everything!

Nothing, it was honestly absolutely perfect, and there are upgrade options for garage space if you have more than 1 car per apartment, need washing or anything else. Seriously no negatives!

Awesome views of Lake Garda and the Mountains, Great apartment, Excellent Location + Wonderful Hosts

The views of Lake Garda are awesome, taking your breath away every morning, afternoon and evening! Great location just a few mins walk from the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. The apartment is lovely with large bedrooms, living area and balcony with table/chairs and arm chairs. The private pool is a 'perk' and the hosts are very helpful and kind. Cleaners look after the pool every day and change sheets/ towels every 3 days. So much to do from hiking, water-sports, cycling and chilling on the beach. We've stayed 2 years in a row and will book again for 2024!

Astronomical Dump

The only good points - the view, the large flat.

We were in the appartment „La Finestra“, 2nd floor with panorama views. The entire place was filthy. Had to clean the bathroom mirror, before we could see a reflection properly. The shower flooded, so we had the revolting task of removing two handsfull of hair from the drain- clearly the bathroom doesn‘t get a thorough cleaning very often. The toilet stank, so we left the window ajar throughout our stay. We certainly didn‘t cook, because the few pots and pans were old, broken and covered in grime- good Lord, getting a fresh set from Ikea doesn‘t cost much, but obviously the owners are too stingy to care about appearances. The whole place reeked of stay softener, probably to overpower whatever scents were coming off the old furniture. If you have allergies, this will kill you. The only good thing was the spectacular view- but even this was fake: There‘s a traffic light right next to the whirlpool, so the exhaust fumes and waiting drivers and cylists are what you‘re dealing with. Above and overlooking this „villa“ is an absolute dump of a place, unfinished exterior, broken rain gut and all, so you listen to backpackers partying and chatting all afternoon and night. The people occupying the 1st storey flat have a tiny bit of terrace that borders ours, so we see them, they see us- akward situation. Across and on level with our bedroom windows is a tourist sight, so unavoidably, a trail of people were always looking into the livingroom. On the whole, the fantastic view did not make up for the filfth and this was definetly not worth the fortune we paid.

Beautiful location, very well maintained, super friendly and helpful staff; nice and practical apartment with patios that offer choice between sun and shade every hour of the day. Perfect for a family vacation or a couple that likes some privacy. Everything is in walking distance. A great place to unwind and lose track of time.

Potentially could be amazing

Spacious with excellent beds 3 in each room. Location was excellent. Out door dining area was lovely. Accommodated the 5 of us well and close to the town.

We didn't realise it was an apartment until later on.we could use the dishwasher but.the.washing machine cost €5. WiFi was non existent. Couldnt actually see the lake due to fence. Very expensive for what it was. Only two hobs, worked on cooker and hot water went off after 9pm
