Very clean, fantastic and wonderful! We will definitely come back to Residence Toblini and strongly recommend it! This is a GREAT, relaxing place to stay. The spacious appartments/studio’s/balcony are extremely clean, well organised and look exactly like pictured on the website and have a modern look (they are recent). You can choose between different sizes of apartments/studio’s, depending on your needs. The beautiful garden with the outdoor swimmingpool, and the indoor swimming pool are very well maintained and the entire residence is an idyllic, dreamy, quite place to relax. There is a huge inner courtyard were all clients can easily park their cars for free. A big secured garage enables to accommodate bikes, surfboards, SUP’s, etc. Laundry facilities (washing and drying machine) are available and laundry detergent is present. The beds were very comfortable to sleep in. The owners (brothers Claudio & Stefano)) are very friendly and welcoming hosts creating a warm & service-oriented atmosphere. They gave us useful tips about restaurants in the area, places to visit, etc. We were even allowed to charge our electrical car at their electrical charging station. The location of the residence is perfect: 5 minutes walk to the Gardasee, good restaurants in walking distance, close to the historical Riva del garda, close to Punta Larici which is a spectacular panoramic lookout/viewing point over the Gardasee which you must definitely visit! Residence Toblini fully deserves 10/10 score! (even 11/10 if that would be possible ;-)) We will definetly come back to Residence Toblini and recommend it.

Additionally having the facilities in the garage to keep the bikes was great. Others kept their paddle boards and windsurfing equipment. All the tools needed. Water still or sparkling in demand. Laundry facilities if needed.

Great family vacation

Great location and facilities, we were family of 3 plus grandparents and we enjoyed the stay a lot. Owners are super friendly and were helpful to fulfill all our requests. We have fun with the kid in the swimming pool as well. I was also surprised by the bike facilities in the garage where I could find everything needed. We will definitely come back in the future

Just one minor thing - the chairs in the rooms make a noise when moving (it doesnt affect us but can be worse for the neighbors below), it would be fine to add something under or on the chair legs

A wonderful place to stay in Torbole (Garda Lake)

This is the best location to stay in Torbole by the Garda Lake. Nice and spacey apartments just few hundred meters from the Grada Lake beach. The owner and the whole team is very friendly, smiling and outgoing. There are two swimming pools in the facility and one baby water-pool. Easy parking by the house. Everything super. Many thanks.

Perfekter Aufenthalt in einem zentral gelegenen und sehr gepflegten Hotel mit liebenswerten Gastgebern

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen und entspannten Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Haus war vorbildlich organisiert. Sehr sauber und gepflegt, alles sehr schön renoviert und modern. Das Haus befindet sich nur wenige Schritte von dem Seeufer entfernt. Den Garten mit Liegewiese konnte man sehr gut nutzen wenn man Ruhe braucht. Zudem gibt es noch zwei große Pools, außen und innen. Die Aufteilung der Zimmer ist sehr geschickt. Dadurch hat man eine gute Raumausnutzung. Vielen Dank auch an unsere beiden Gastgeber die mit ihrer liebenswürdigen Art jeden Wunsch erfüllten. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen

Einfaches schönes Appartment.

Das Appartement hatte drei Zimmer und war nahe am Gardasee und zum Zentrum von Torbole gelegen. Trotzdem war es ruhig und hatte sogar drei Schwimmbäder und Pools. Die Fahrradgarage ist sehr praktisch und wurde gerne genutzt.

Das schnelle Internet hat nur auf dem Balkon funktioniert und war in der Wohnung nicht verfügbar! Das Schlafzimmer hatte Einzelbetten.

Doporučuji, určitě se na jaře znovu vrátíme

Velký apartmán a prostorná čistá koupelna s nadstandartně velkým sprchovým koutem. V suterénu objektu je velká garáž s místem na uskladnění kol, surfů, SUP a to včetně nářadí na případné opravy. Poměrně velká zahrada s venkovním bazénem, uvnitř vyhřívaný bazén a sauna. Hostitel nás obdaroval dárkovou taštičkou se vzorky místních produktů (olej, těstoviny, pesto ...). Ve vedlejším půjčovně kol jsme měli 10% slevu na zapůjčení kola i na nákup a to díky ubytovateli.

V ceně ubytování nebyly zahrnuty lůžkoviny a ani ručníky, ty se platili zvlášť ... Naštěstí jsme včas dostali mail od hostitele s upozorněním na tuto skutečnost a objednali jsme si. Myslím, že v takto, jinak perfektním ubytování, by měla být tato služba zahrnuta v ceně ...
