The size of the room very comfortable

Nothing really all good no WiFI

Chris was a wonderful host — warm, welcoming and attentive. The apartment had a real homely feel to it, which made our stay so much more comfortable. The bed was incredibly cosy and we had a great night's sleep!

Not a bad location, a short walk in to town. Great small room. Very clean and the Pain au Chocolate and Porridge tubs were a nice touch. Parking was great, off road and out of sight.

It is quite a small room. Especially if there are two of you (I travelled alone for work). Good sized wet-room, except having to walk across it soaking wet to get the shower gel etc. The towels are like sandpaper, but some people like that. The prices were very much hiked up, because the Royal Cornwall Show was on. Beware business travellers. In spite of Booking(dot)com charging VAT as part of the overall price, the owner will NOT give you a VAT invoice. Unfortunately, the company I was sub-contracting to only pay for overnights at a VAT registered premises, with proper status and invoices that weren't made up on an iPhone... So I didn't get refunded the £76.00 I spent for one night here.
