Chris is wonderful and very accommodating! The room was very clean, comfortable and peaceful. (We’re staying again in a couple of days😃) We loved the Cornish theme of our room and felt very much at home.

Relatively spacious - comfortable bed
Access to parking a little tight but wouldn’t stop me staying again

The self catering arrangements were fine as expected.
If you were lazy you might expect a dishwasher, but it sleeps two so it is just fine. If you want to eat out, Bodmin does not seem to be that well equipped with the finest local food.

Apartment done out to a very good standard with plenty of parking. Good location, casual 10 minutes stroll into central Bodmin - recommend the Hole in the Wall pub.
Nothing, everything was good - but beware the apartment is upstairs whilst the toilet and shower are separate and downstairs, no issue for us but check with the owner if you have mobility issues.
