Had everything you needed for a week away. Lots of places to visit in easy reach
A welcome pack with instructions for the kitchen appliances would be really helpful.

Quiet and well presented. 4 adults might be a squeeze. The room with single beds is small. A sheet would have been a useful alternative because it was hot one night. We forgot the travel cot and we were very grateful that the owner was very quickly able to assist us with one.
An explantation about the recycling.

We like the location which is quiet and although close to the town gives the impression it is remote and in the middle of nowhere.
We would have liked manuals for the electrical equipment - cooker/oven /washing machine -etc.
In summer lighter duvets might be necessary. It was very hot during our stay and I wished I had taken a sheet to replace the winter weight duvet.

A proper home from home. The cottage had everything we needed. It was all up to date and the bed was lovely. Nice quiet spot within easy reach of destinations throughout Cornwall.
Nothing.

nice remote location but not too far out from local town, facilities were great. Nice quite area very comfortable bed too! Great value for the money compared to many other places. Nice modern property with smart televisions in the main bedroom as well as the living area.
Haven’t got a bad word to say about the property and considering the price I think any one that has got something bad to say needs to give their head a wobble.

Well equipped and comfortable cottage. Lovely and cosy. Extremely well located; in the countryside but only a few minutes from the centre of Bodmin. Welcome mincepies, cream and bottle of milk were much appreciated.
The twin bedroom would be OK for two children but, with limited storage and space between the beds two adults would find it less comfortable for more than a couple of nights.
We would have appreciated some instructions for using the oven as switching it on was a bit trial and error.

Nice and peaceful location
Lovely touch on arrival finding a cream tea set out for us, and milk in the fridge
Beds are comfortable
Shower is amazing!
Lovely to see ducks in the garden through the kitchen window
Great to have two TV’s
No privacy from neighbouring house
Cobwebs everywhere !!
Only one toilet roll provided
No instructions for use for anything inside or about the cottage - had to text the owner for Wi-Fi details
The shower is not accessible to an elderly person as you have to climb over the unusually high bath panel. - My mum couldn’t access the shower
The vacuum was left full of previous occupants hair and dirt!
Towels in bathroom were crunchy and hard
Only one wardrobe for accommodation for 4 people?
Even after several attempts to open the bathroom skylight window, it wouldn’t open and the extractor fan didn’t work properly
Cleanliness of cottage could be improved in some places ie inside windows, ceilings and outside furniture
Outside table and chairs unclean and full of webs and spiders.. and no sun umbrella provided as per photos
Apart from above list - all good! 😊

Very clean and a good location for visiting nearby sites.
Quiet relaxing setting with lots of wildlife.
Kitchen had everything needed for making meals.
Lovely deep bath (although water runs very hot)
WiFi had issues which unfortunately was not resolved since the previous guests.
Outdoors would benefit a tidy up.

quiet location as hoped, all together and exactly as described. Well furnished and comfortable and spotlessly cleaned.
lacked a welcome book and had trouble with the TV, wifi, couldn’t figure out the microwave and it could do with an automatic light over the front door especially for a cottage right out in the country.
despite phone calls re the wifi, struggled to get proper answers or follow up from the owner. we had wifi on arrival, then it went off and got no follow up other than they had contacted BT. They didn’t try it when they visited!

Location. Well equipped with everything you could need for a holiday stay. Lots of equipment in the kitchen. 2 large TV’s. Reclinable sofa. Garden and decking area. Lovely bathroom and powerful shower. Comfortable beds. Strong WI-FI. Space for parking.
The garden needed a bit of TLC eg cutting grass but it was winter so we didn’t use this anyway.

The cottage was spotless and extremely well decorated. The accommodation was warm because the very efficient central heating as well as the hot water had been turned on before qrrival. There were even cream tea things for two awaiting us as well as coffee, caffeinated and decaff and sugar. Salt had been thoughtfully left in a cupboard. . The linen was spotless. There were clean towels and flannels for our use as well as beautiful bedding. The WiFi password was left out for us on the kitchen worktop. The kitchen and bathroom were immaculate. The beds were very comfortable. The travel directions to reach the cottage courtesy of the helpful host were easy to follow. There were ample electric sockets in each room and living area. There were plenty of coat hooks on walls and doors as well as a generous supply of hangers in wardrobes. The host had kindly left for our use items such as laundry powder, hand gels in kitchen and bathroom, spare toilet rolls, kitchen towel, washing up liquid to name but a few. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cooking things were there also as well as a fully charged floor vaccuum cleaner. There were hair dryers and touch bedside lamps. The list of kindnesses is extensive. There was a view of nearby green hills as well. The patio and seating were modern and comfortable if we wanted to breakfast outside.

A very peaceful location on the edge of Bodmin town, the cottage was very well equipped for a two week stay, including washing machine. Lovely to receive a cream tea on arrival too.
