Ideal for walkers and cyclists, this delightful cottage is close to the Camel Trail, leading to either Padstow or Bodmin Moor.. Ground Floor:

Shared use of 15-acre private grounds. Bike store nearby. Electric car charging point (£50 PW, £25 SB, payable to owner). Parking. Indoor heated swimming pool (shared with other property, 24ft x 12ft, depth 3ft 9in), open all year, sauna (at cost). Natural spring water supply. No smoking.. Set down a quiet leafy lane, this delightful cottage (same ownership as T13) is a quaint conversion of a former chapel; featuring original beams, it is full of character and charm. Commanding panoramic views of open woodland and countryside, it offers its own garden with a sitting-out area. The holiday cottage stands high up in the Camel Valley within 15 acres of private land encompassing an orchard and woodland walk along a tributary of the Camel River. Walks from the doorstep - the Camel Trail leads to either Padstow or Bodmin Moor. The Cornish coast is a 20-minute drive away and Wadebridge (2 miles) offers a range of shops and restaurants. Fishing (salmon and sea trout in season), tennis and riding all available locally. The Camel Trail is just 200 yards away, and guests have use of a bike store also a few yards away. Shops 4 miles, pub 2 miles.

A very quiet peaceful and Tranquil cottage, the owner s really go to Extreme lengths to make you feel welcome, the cottage was sensational and by having exceptional owners who couldn’t do enough for you made the retreat remarkable , and We would love to endure such a magnificent place again ….â¤ï¸â€ðŸ©¹

We had the most amazing weekend break. The cottage was so cosy, clean and well equipped. As a family of 4 with 2 small children we made use of the pool and had a lovely explore around the grounds. We will definitely be returning and can't recommend enough! Just what we needed!

The family really enjoyed our stay here. Having the on-site pool was a real treat and was a great way to unwind after a long stay exploring the area. The cottage itself was extremely comfortable and cosy. It has everything we needed to make the week away very relexing.

Fantastic place which we have now visited multiple times. Beautiful place and perfect to get straight onto the camel trail!
