The Cornstore

The Cornstore is in the perfect location for touring all of Cornwall as it is only a few minutes drive to the A30. The accommodation was great for 4 adults with 2 en suite bathrooms. It has a well equipped kitchen with everything you might need. The host, Norman, was great and readily available for any information or help if you required it. The welcome pack was great with a few luxuries for our arrival. Loads of shops and supermarkets just a few minutes drive away in Bodmin.

This lovely property was situated in a quiet location which was close to Bodmin and central to all of the day trips that we had planned. The host supplied us with a great ‘welcome pack’ which was very much appreciated. The host was also very friendly and also helpful.

The only negative thing about the property was that whilst the kitchen had sufficient cooking utensils it would have been helpful to have a few extra condiments (cooking oil, salt and pepper etc) and an extra roll of toilet paper in the cupboard, and a larger cleaning cloth and broom to help keep the place tidy. Local travellers can bring pantry items with them but as overseas travellers we were ill equipped.

Great location and central to areas of Cornwall for days out

Very pressured check-out. Host loitering and the cleaner was sat in the car waiting for us to check out - even though we checked out half an hour early. Found this to be in bad taste!
