Excellent ensuite. Very clean and pleasant surroundings. Hosts were excellent, friendly and helpful.

Location, was great where it was situated.
Fully functional kitchen though some things were missing.
They have a second key.
Clear instructions.
Not enough towels for the 6 people staying there. We had to wait a very long time for someone to give us the extra towel.
Not enough toilet paper for 6 people, we had to go out and buy some.
No towel to dry your hands in the kitchen.
The sofa beds were really uncomfortable.
There is a pub directly outside, so you couldn’t open the window at night as the noise was ridiculous.

We loved staying at Lovecroft. The host, Steve, was very friendly and helpful with local knowledge. The room was very comfortable & the breakfast was great locally produced food. Would highly recommend staying at Lovecroft if you are in the area.
The only negative was the lack of places to eat nearby. The local hotel down the end of the lane was great, but very limited menu.

We did not stay at the property as we found the accommodation too isolated. There was nowhere to eat or drink nearby & even though we had paid in advance we decided the property wasn’t right for us
