Breakfast wasn’t provided but there’s a Tesco right opposite with a cafe, so I went there
The extractor fan seemed to have a mind of its own, turned on and off unexpectedly ; it was quite loud
Eventually I found the isolator switch and just shut it off
It’s a funny place, it’s inexpensive, rents rooms by the night, and I never met an owner or staff member. They text you the code numbers to get in the several doors. On Saturday night I suspect various shenanigans were going on , unobserved by any staff. It didn’t bother me and they weren’t noisy.

Location was convenient. Bed was comfy. Room was warm. TESCO very close for breakfast - but cafe not open first thing in the morning.
There were no tea/coffee making facilities in the room, which was my only real disappointment with the accommodation. That would have made a big difference after a long drive north.
