Villa Matta has a nice barbecue, a beautiful garden and a good swimming pool! Come and relax at Villa Matta!
Just 5 minutes by car our guests will find Restaurants, Tea House, Supermarket and Faial natural Beach!
Faial is a very quiet and relaxing place to stay.
There are 2 very good Restaurants just 5 minutes by car from Villa Mata:
- Restaurant Grutas
- Tea House of Faial
Also the Restaurant at the beach is very nice!
Smoking is only allowed in the Garden!
Private swimming pool and parking place.
Other services available:
- Transfers
- Rent a Car
- Private tours in classic vehicles
- Private boat trips and personalized fishing programs with the possibility of onboard catering
*City Tax Fee: 2€ per guest, per night, to be paid by bank transfer before the day of check-in.

We booked our stay for 5 nights, as soon as we arrived we knew we didn’t book it for long enough! The house was super cute, very clean, we loved all the space! The outdoor area was perfect for relaxing and hanging out. Loved the bbq room. Loved the pool, loved the house, loved our view! We wanted to explore as much of Madeira as we could in the short amount of time we had and the location of this house made it easy! Thank you for sharing your amazing property with us!

We just loved Vila Matta. Great views overlooking the sea and village views, well equipped kitchen and the private pool. A great place to base ourselves to see the island. Twenty minute drive to the airport which was good for us arriving late. Large supermarket in Santana 3kms away. All communications with the property manager were extremely easy. Would recommend to friends and family.

Really loved this property.....the traditional house was fantastic and very well presented, clearly a lot has been spent on maintaining it and it really shows. The separate bbq kitchen is just delightful and would be really great for a large group. The pool area is clean and well maintained. The area itself is quiet and very relaxing. Great place, will definitely be back!

Wir haben einen wundervollen Urlaub genossen. Villa Matta hat eine super Lage mit traumhaften Blick auf das Meer inklusive Sonnenaufgang. Die Villa war genauso wie in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern. Frau Matta ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir würden wiederkommen.

PS: einen kleinen Ratschlag. Ein richtiger Wäscheständer wäre toll. Für mehr als 2 Gäste wären die beiden kurzen Leinen zu wenig.
