Extremely kind and helpful staff
Ease of access in the building: you can use the app to open all of the three doors(main entrance, floor door, room door) or you can just use a combo classic key and card to open the same doors.
There’s a classic espresso machine, together with a microwave, a kettle and fridge that you can use in the kitchen area

Great location, clean (even the shared bathroom). Our room got suuuuper hot during the day but 3 minutes with the airco blasting was enough to fix that. Has a tiny washing machine to use, including detergent. Very kind host, clear communication and spoke English well.
The recommended parking space is close by but the owners don't speak English and you leave your car keys there and they park the car for you and retrieve it when you leave. We were fine with that but be aware.
