Casa Sofia

The room was very clean, nice comfortable bed and we were welcomed in the room with some small snacks and water. We had a small balcony attached to the room, which was nice but a little messy. We also received some toiletries, good quality and nice scent.

The bathroom was not very clean, there was a smell of mold (which i didnt see anywhere, but did smell) and the shower wasnt cleaned properly.

The room was perfect. Extremely clean & beautiful. Big recommendation ! Thank you very much !!!

Easy parking

It was the most disorganized check in I ever had, the hotel doesn’t have a front desk, and basically you have to reach out on the Booking app. A person eventually will read the message, then ask you to call them up on the phone, instead of solving it through message. Also, this person doesn’t speak any English or Spanish or French. Check-in could be much better organized, the door codes could be sent in advance to the customer, and that would save a lot of headache. The whole building feels like a ghost town, it was really a bizarre experience. I do not recommend this place.
