The host is super gentle and nice he help us get our bags down and help us find our bus station, the breakfast was so good. Highly recommend to stay there if your are planning to stay in catania it’s near the airport and it’s big and clean

I liked everything about Casa Proserpina
Our room was spacious and clean
Well appointed
Having a washing machine was a bonus
Pepe our host was very helpful with assisting us - eg places to go , ensuring we were happy and did not want for anything

Our host was EXCELLENT!!! He did everything to make our stay as good as it possible, he helped us in any possible way and we really appreciated his kindness! Breakfast was exceptional 👌.
My opinion is the apartment will be better if the rooms have separate toilets and bathrooms. Even it's pointed on Booking.com there are shared bathrooms and toilets, I'm sure the guests will be more comfortable if they don't share it

I liked the location, and the interior of the stay. My son liked the books and the figurines.
1. It's not an apartment, but a room with shared kitchen, shower and toilet.
2. No sound protection at all - very loud street till the deep night, not able to sleep
3. Mosquitos everywhere - on kitchen, bathroom, bedroom. You can't hear them because of street noise, and get up with all face and hands bitten.
4. In our room, only one night lamp worked, and 2 other lamps didn't work.
