Extremely clean and the most comfortable bed ever! The kitchen is also very cute. Room Etna really is with a view to the volcano and has private bathroom. The cleaning lady is very sweet and everything was squeaky clean. Highly recommend for the price. The location is also top notch- 15 mins to the centre and 15 to the central station by foot.

Very comfortable, spacious, clean, and practical. The owners are very nice and cooperative, the kitchen is useful and organized. The rooms and bathrooms are very clean, but the bidet didn't work in my bathroom. Good price. Recommended, for sure. Thank you.

The upstairs neighbors are very noisy, especially at midnight, but that's not the hotel's fault. The nearby market starts very early so the noise might wake you up if you're a light sleeper.

Great place in the city centre. Clean, comfortable, easy - excellent value for money. The place has a nice character too. The Etna room has a fantastic view. Very clear access instructions from the owner.

A great location with no need for a car - walking distance to a lot of things including bus and rail stations if you want to be further afield! There is a boiler behind a wall in my room. 24/7 it hums loudly for 8 seconds, has a 5 second break, then repeats From night #2, the Cistern wouldn't shut up 9-midnight there is extremely loud karaoke including full drum set from a bar a few steps away Impossible to fall asleep before midnight in the Vicollo room, if you can sleep at all The beds are 'boxed in' meaning that every time you want to sit, stand, lay, you get a bruise from the wooden bed frame The shared fridge doesn't cool things well Little in the way of utensils - some spoons and some plastic single-use knives and forks despite facilities to make a meal The shower doors don't open much so i struggled to actually fit in!! (Female, size 14) Despite two lamps, only one plug socket in the room
