Posizione ideale per godersi la città, il bar convenzionato per la colazione

Nice staff, check in and check out worked well. Room and the apartment are overall nice. Good breakfast in the nearby Café. Central location in the city centre. Parking garage for motorcycles right across the street (20€ per night). I talked to the owner of a kebab restaurant in the street. He strongly adviced me not to park publicly at the street over night.

You should avoid the street at the back of the building at night. Dodgy people there. I'm not picky, but the room, especially the bathroom, simply were not clean. There was quite some dirt and dark hair that one notices at first glance. I think it was not cleaned by anyone before my checkin. (see example pictures). The shower needs some maintenance. The lever comes off because the screw is missing and the door of the shower comes off, too.

E' praticamente in centro. Considerando la colazione al bar essenziale, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

L’emplacement est idéal et la décoration est originale.

Beaucoup de détails sont à revoir (prises électriques à nu, fuites d’eau dans la salle de bain …). La capacité en eau chaude est insuffisante au vu du nombre de chambres louées, en hiver finir sa douche à l’eau froide ce n’est pas top.
