The room is stunning! Super clean and high beautiful ceilings! Seeing Etna from the balcony is such a gift! Our hosts were so kind and caring. We had a very early departure on our last day so our hosts prepared a breakfast to go box so we could eat on the road! Location is perfect!

Breakfast was ok nothing more than fruit, coffees, juice and pastries with some homemade gelato. People very nice. Room was nice and big and finally a big shower in Italy!
Getting to palazzo Costarelli you cannot drive down street and we were not told that which we did so we will get a ticket to pay later. Owner could of gotten us a pass for that to drop off luggage which we had quite a few bags. When we left we had to take our bags over a block down to wait for my husband to get the car and pick up all the luggage. Not easy or convenient!! Also now costly! No parking around there either.
