Central location, elegance of the property.

It truly is an oasis of calm and class. Beautifully laid out; attentive host(s); excellent fresh breakfast; good sized room overlooking the main street; cool as in a respite from the heat!; fridge/safe in room and a good sized bathroom. We stayed in Rosa. The spec is of a very good standard. Simple style and elegance Palazzo Costarelli is very well located for all the tourism you want in Catania. It is a 2 minute walk from the Airport bus stop (Alibus), so really well connected. You are never far from a wide choice of very good restaurants and very helpfully, we were given some recommendations from our hosts. In short, I would stay again at Palazzo Costarelli if I was to visit Catania.

Liked it all, nothing to complain about

Breakfast was ok nothing more than fruit, coffees, juice and pastries with some homemade gelato. People very nice. Room was nice and big and finally a big shower in Italy!

Getting to palazzo Costarelli you cannot drive down street and we were not told that which we did so we will get a ticket to pay later. Owner could of gotten us a pass for that to drop off luggage which we had quite a few bags. When we left we had to take our bags over a block down to wait for my husband to get the car and pick up all the luggage. Not easy or convenient!! Also now costly! No parking around there either.
