Olga was rude and rubbed us up the wrong way I was incredibly disappointed by this because it put a stain on an otherwise perfect stay

Everything was clean, well organized and easy to use. The staff were excellent – very helpful and friendly. The place worked perfectly for our stay in Catania. Overall a very convenient and comfortable option. Highly recommended. ⭐

The staff is friendly and helpful, giving tips what to see in the city. The hostel is located very centrally - close to all attractions of the city and to the bus station, which is very convient. The building inside looks nice.

From the description it was not clear that this is a hostel. I booked a room with private bathroom which was on the corridor, so each time you want to go to the bathroom, you need to take the key, which makes a lot of noise and other people see you walking in pyjamas... Photos do not show how the rooms really look like - 6m high room with strange painting on the walls, old furniture. The room is not cosy at all. On the pictures there are nice white sheets, while we got very dark ones, wondering if they are really clean..The street where the hostel is located is really not nice - destroyed buildings, garages. Breakfests are very basic - no eggs, no bread, no ham - and as it is a hostel you clean after yourself. If you are less than 25 years old, maybe you will like the atmosphere and the price but if you are a bit older than that, and you just want to have a decent acommodation to relax during your holidays, don't choose it.
