The room and private bathroom were clean. The gentleman helped me carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. He also met me at check in which made it very easy (no one is there 24/7). I was there just one night, but it was close to the Duomo square and the pedestrian shopping district. Highly recommend for those not wanting a high end hotel, but still wanting 5 star service!!

They were so good to send Jacopino for me at the airport for 25€ that was sooo well worth it. We found the place, I learned how to enter through 3 doors, then he dropped me t a nearby music festival and showed me how to get back.
The place is clean, in an accessible area, my room was well appointed with AC and a hair dryer. Great choice if you don’t mind ducking your head in the attic room which was much larger than my $300 Rome room.
