The whole property was clean, welcoming and traditional. The staff were extremely helpful and lovely to chat with, will be back again next year to this hotel for the scooter rally. Fantastic hotel and people

We didn’t have breakfast, but only because we wanted to explore the local area and cafes. Location was ok, good healthy walk to get to centre, so good if you have no mobility needs.
First hotel we’ve stayed in that didn’t have hairdryer. Have always took mine in past and the one time I didn’t was the one time the hotel didn’t provide one in the room! But I suppose if I’d asked they would probably of provided us with one. Also one other small niggle ran out of milk and couldn’t see anyone around to ask for more.

The ambiance, the view, all lovely
the staff member disclosed private information about i & my partner to a third party without authorization. In addition to this breach of confidentiality, the staff member allegedly informed me to ask my partner to pick up his wife’s call, which is both unprofessional and outside the scope of his role.
Such behavior indicates poor judgment, lack of discretion, and a failure to uphold professional standards expected of a front-line representative.
The staff shared or discussed customer information with an unauthorized third party, violating the organization’s data protection and privacy policies.very unprofessional conduct.
Telling a customer to ask her partner to answer his wife’s call is highly inappropriate and demonstrates a lack of professionalism and respect.
Safety isn’t guaranteed in that property .
