The property is situated in a residential area, in the town centre. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property onto the mountains. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. Ski room with ski boot dryer (for shared use).

Access is via a side street (paved). Parking on the street in front of the house.
