Loud noises from heating system Thin walls, can hear people in other apartments even if they are not too loud Apartment , including bathrooms bit too small Tiny annoying things - no soup plates, 3x teaspoon(?), tiny tea cups, light bulbs not strong enough (very dark in the rooms)....? 🙈 all easy to fix with a bit of effort Sofas for kids not so comfortable Kinda loud refrigerator (sleeping in the kitchen, kids)

We all agreed this is probably one of the most beautiful places we have ever visited. The views from the balcony were stunning, the apartment was modern but also had touches of the Austrian history. We would totally reccomend this and will most likely return. Please ensure you drive the Alpine Pass when in this region.

Perfect for visiting Mallnitz and the surrounding area, we spent 5 days. The area is very relaxing and staying at the Alpengarten the best option for our holiday.

Beautiful place - Facilities and comfort could be improved a lot

Very warm staff, clean Accomodation, beautiful mountains to see, nice walking way up the hill

Nearly no stuff provided in the kitchen, the utensils were dirty, no fans provided in scorching heat. There was no showing gel provided for bathing, bed rooms are not that comfortable. Only 1 toilet to accommodate 6 people. Utensils were not cleaned. Guests expect basic things when they pay 350 euros for a night.

Ciepło, zadbanie, lokalizacja, piękne położenie w ciszy w dolinie pośród Alp, zapach, pomieszczenie do suszenia butów narciarskich, możliwość korzystania z sauny po nartach w cenie pobytu.

Odlično zimovanje, predivne staze za skijanje i priroda.

Nepredviđeni troškovi prolaska autom kroz tunel. Nismo imali dostupne informacije pre dolaska na zimovanje o načinu prolaska kroz dolinu do glavnog skijališta Bad Gastein. Dodatno: Na naplatnom mestu za tunel postoji samo istaknuta cena naplate za jedan smer. Niko ne daje informacije (pismeno, usmeno) o mogućnosti plaćanja za više dana. Imali smo nepredviđene troškove od 140 eura.

Sauber, top Lage, Ausstattung mit noch etwas Luft nach oben (Bett & Küche optimierbar).

Sehr sauber, wirklich super gute Lage und die Größe der Ferienwohnung war auch top. Es gab mehr als genug Parkplätze und eine sehr nette und hundeliebende Gastgeberin.

Das Doppelbett war leider sehr bewegungsanfällig. Ich kann aber leider nicht bestimmen ob es an der Matratze oder am Bettgestellt lag. Die Ausstattung der Küche könnte etwas besser sein. Aber wenn etwas fehlt kann man super mit der Gastgeberin sprechen, aus diesem Grund kein richtiger Minuspunkt.

Op zich heerlijk verblijf maar voornamelijk voor een gezin met kleine kinderen.

Mooie ligging tussen de bergen.

Er was geen goede splitsing van de slaapkamers. Voor een gezin met kinderen super maar met twee volwassen stellen vervelend. Je moest sowieso via de ene slaapkamer naar douche en toilet. ‘s Nachts en ‘s morgens vroeg lastig.

Wanderurlaub

Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Auto und kamen daher etwas früher, da das Appartement bereits fertig war, durften wir es früher beziehen. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und bekamen gleich ein paar Tipps für diverse Unternehmungen. zB die Rabischschlucht kann man direkt vom Hotel aus machen. Das WLAN ist ausgesprochen gut und das Biotop ist nach Wanderungen einfach eine Wohltat und alles ist sehr gepflegt. Der Frühstückstisch und Sesseln sind sehr gemütlich, man kann auch am Balkon frühstücken und die Morgensonne genießen. Da ich laut Fotos wusste, dass die Dusche sich im Schlafzimmer befand, fand ich auch nichts dabei, doch trotz lüften entsteht ein eigener Geruch (tippe mal das ist das Wasser im Siphon).

Ist vielleicht kleinlich, aber bei der Beschreibung ist Toilettenpapier dabei, wir buchen seit Jahren nur Appartements und mussten noch nie Toilettenpapier selber kaufen. Wir kamen am Samstag und hatten 3 Rollen und am Dienstag bat ich um mehr, da wurde mir gesagt, ich muss es selber kaufen, auf mein Erstaunen hin, bekamen wir 1 Rolle, da wir bis Samstag blieben, musste ich es selbst nach kaufen, in der Beschreibung steht aber klar und deutlich, dass Toilettenpapier inklusive ist, daher ersparte ich mir auch die Frage, ob Hand,-und Badetücher gewechselt werden.

Pěkná lokalita jako výchozí bod pro výlety, krásné koupací jezírko, hezky zařízené ubytování, možnost zdarma navštívit místní muzeum.

Postrádali jsme sítě do oken, takže jsme každý večer museli vybíjet mouchy a větrat až za tmy. Sprchový kout byl poněkud zvláštně umístěn směrem do ložnice.

Wir wollten Fahrräder ausleihen war leider leider zu und war nur leider ein Geschäft. Die anderen Fahrrad Geschäfte waren leider zu weit weg.

Super Lage, freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber. Schlafzimmer und Dusche absolut TOP.

Leider nicht ordentlich sauber gemacht in den wichtigen Bereichen!!! Toilette mit "Bremsspure", darf absolut NICHT sein!! Schuhabdrücke am Boden der schönen komfortablen Dusche. Küchenschränke außen verschmutzt, Soßenspritzer, Fette. Leider ein voller, bereits verschimmelter Café Filter in der vorhandenen Café Maschine (diese wurde ohne Probleme sofort ausgetauscht)! Besteck für 1 Familie 3 Personen nicht ganz ausreichend.
