The house is situated in a beautiful spot about one and a half kilometres above Flattach. Thanks to its ideal location, there is hardly a day when you are not greeted by the sun in the morning. The ground-level exit takes you to the sun terrace and you can really enjoy the peace and quiet in the large garden. You will find plenty of garden furniture, deckchairs and a beautiful pergola to celebrate a nice summer party with your friends or family. The plot is approx. 1700 square metres in size and therefore offers enough space for your children to really let off steam. Of course, there is also a swing, a slide, a sandpit and a small tree house for our little guests. New since summer 2021 is a heated pool, which you can also use free of charge.
