One day I would like to become such a host :)

Clear instructions to enter the house, welcome gifts, coffee available, very clean and well maintained appartment - even if some of the equipment or furniture is old it is of a very good quality and perfeclty funcional. Ms. Barbara was very nice and responsive. My wife especially liked a lot of closets to put our stuff in. Two balconies with beautiful views etc., etc.

Perfect

The bed was very comfortable and you had all the things you need in the apartment. Also the location was very good. It was close to the centre of mallnitz but far enough so it was quiet enough. Also the host was just the best. We had locked ourselves out of the apartment at 11 in the evening and the host called some people to let us in. Therefore we had the absolute best time in Haus Karin.

Could not recommend enough!

The apartment is centrally located: on a quiet street and close to everything important. It is in absolutely impeccable order and has all the necessary amenities AND more! Check-in and out were super convenient and we received excellent tips on where to eat (off-season) by the extremely lovely and helpful hosts. Off-season, the price was incredibly fair and provided almost as stunning value-for-money as the surrounding views.

The walls are a tiny bit thin, so we could hear the neighbours watching TV. But this was not a problem, as they weren't actually loud. The apartment itself is so. excellent that this really should not be an issue

Ausstattung sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Praktisch und komfortabel. Wirklich alles top. Sehr gute Lage. Alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Lokale, Bäcker, Lebensmittelgeschäft, Schwimmbad, Skibus .... Hundefreundlich

Wunderbare Unterkunft mitten in der Natur!

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Ausblick und Balkon. Kurzfristige Buchung war gar kein Problem, alles sehr unkompliziert. Das Apartment ist praktisch eingerichtet, perfekt für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

In einem anderen Zimmer hatten Gäste den Fernseher jede Nacht sehr laut an - bis auf das war es wunderbar ruhig.
