"Really nice and convenient. Clean and well equipped, huge space. Location is not bad, but if you want use a ski-bus the return from bus stop with all ski stuff is a bit demanding ;-) Next to apartment..."

Panorama bellissimo, casa grande, accogliente con tanti servizi indispensabili per la buona riuscita della nostra vacanza. Host sempre molto gentile nell'aiutarci. Posto moto proprio fronte casa.

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja do wypadów górskich. Cicha i spokojna okolica. Duży i przestronny apartament z ładnym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, garnki, patelnie, sztućce, kuchenka indukcyjna, mikrofala. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z gospodarzami. Sauna na miejscu do bezpłatnej dyspozycji. Miejsce parkingowe.
Mieliśmy największy apartament z trzema sypialniami a chyba najsłabiej urządzony i wyposażony. Tylko jeden prysznic, jedna toaleta w dodatku bez wentylacji. Brak pralki, podczas gdy inne nieco mniejsze i a przede wszystkim tańsze apartamenty w tym budynku miały zarówno pralki jak i dodatkowo wannę. W okresie letnim dosyć dużo much (zresztą jak w całej okolicy) więc dobrze byłoby pomyśleć o moskitierach we wszystkich oknach na parterze,

Das Haus war schwer zu finden, da die Hausnummern in Semslach völlig durcheinander vergeben worden sind. Eine Wegbeschreibung lag uns nicht vor. Wir warteten, bis nach ca. 15 Min. ein anderer Semslacher uns mit seinem Auto vorausfuhr, da er eine Vorstellung davon hatte, wo unsere Ferienwohnung sein könnte.
Wir haben - auch bei 7täg. Aufenthalt und mehrmaliger Nachfrage - keine Gästekarte erhalten. Nicht auf unser Handy, auch nicht im Fremdenverkehrsamt in Obervellach, da der Vermieter keine Email-Adresse angegeben hatte. Wir hätten gerne den Gästekartenvorteil bei so vielen Unternehmungen genutzt!
