Location is not bad, but if you want use a ski-bus the return from bus stop with all ski stuff is a bit demanding ;-) Next to apartment you have park place for 2 cars. By car you can reach Molltaler Glacier within 15 minutes :-) The owners are really nice and helpful.

Es war schade, dass der Vermieter (oder sein Vertreter vor Ort) nie in Erscheinung getreten ist.

Das Haus war schwer zu finden, da die Hausnummern in Semslach völlig durcheinander vergeben worden sind. Eine Wegbeschreibung lag uns nicht vor. Wir warteten, bis nach ca. 15 Min. ein anderer Semslacher uns mit seinem Auto vorausfuhr, da er eine Vorstellung davon hatte, wo unsere Ferienwohnung sein könnte.

Wir haben - auch bei 7täg. Aufenthalt und mehrmaliger Nachfrage - keine Gästekarte erhalten. Nicht auf unser Handy, auch nicht im Fremdenverkehrsamt in Obervellach, da der Vermieter keine Email-Adresse angegeben hatte. Wir hätten gerne den Gästekartenvorteil bei so vielen Unternehmungen genutzt!

Très bel appartement avec vue et jardin. Je recommande vivement

Très bel appartement dans une maison avec jardin avec une belle vue sur la vallée . Le propriétaire à qui nous avons signalé avoir cassé une lampe et proposé de la payer nous a indiqué que nous ne lui devions rien.

L'aspirateur balai ne fonctionnait pas, deux ampoules grillées dans la salle de bains et sur le lampadaire du séjour .
