Host Mrs. Heike is absolutely amazing. She is very nice and will help in case of any question. She has very good English so it is not a problem to communicate in case guests doesn't speak German. Apartment was clean and well equipped.

There could be more hooks for bath-towels in the bath room.

A wonderful week on glacier

We have really enjoyed our stay here. The property is situated outside the main streets or town center so we could start our evening walks or daily hiking trips in the surrounding wonderful nature by simply walking through the doors. The host was very friendly and very kind. The appartment was very clean and comfortable. The house has history, you can feel it, however it is definitely not a downside. It is clear that the host takes an exceptional care of the property to make your stay as good as it gets.

Comfortable and economical option in Mallnitz

Loved having a kitchen that was well equipped (new cookware & knives, all the basics covered). Easy walk into town/grocery/restaurants. Lovely balcony (shared).

Lighting needs improvement. Apartment felt dark, especially with rainy weather.

Excellent value, large apartment in a beautiful place

The apartment is very large compared to other options in Mallnitz. There is a kitchen with a sofa, a bedroom with a very comfortable double bed and a cute little separate bedroom for children, with two regular beds. All other apartments in Mallnitz seem to have just a sofa-bed in the kitchen. For a longer stay, you definitely want a good sleep for everybody, so this is a huge plus. Friendly host, flawless communication. The location, even though away from the center of Mallnitz, is actually great - a quiet place with beautiful surroundings, a bus and railway station nearby, and it's a very nice walk to Mallnitz along the river. The price is very good - but it's definitely not the only advantage!

Everything is simple and very old (but then again, everything worked as expected - hairdryer, toaster, oven, etc....only the dishwasher was a bit weird - you had to turn the button to manually advance the stages of the washing programme :-) took me a while to figure out). The Karntencard is not included. There is no electric heater in the bathroom to dry towels. Just a minor complaint: I would appreciate the most basic stuff like salt, sugar and tea in the kitchen...

Clean place with a lovely lady managing the accommodation.

Friendly and nice host. Although rather older house, everything was nice and clean with well equipped kitchen. We received a lot of useful information and recommendations on what to see around upon our arrival. It's very easy to do some hikes directly from the house. Overall a very pleasant experience for a good price. Would definitely recommend the place and will be happy to come again.

Nice quiet place

It is a very quiet house with beautiful views toward the Alps. Spacious terrace is available for shared use by the guests. It has a strategic position as the second house on the local street with spacious parking area. Train station is at 5min walking distance and yet across the river whose distant gurgling may be heard.

Es war alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Sauber und gemütlich. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Heike Sperl ist eine sehr sympathische Frau, die als Ansprechpartner für alle möglichen Fragen und Tipps zur Verfügung steht.

Ottimo appartamento, terrazza stupenda

L'appartamento si trova all'inizio del paese, subito dopo la stazione ferroviaria, in posizione tranquilla. All'arrivo la padrona di casa ci ha accolto con grande cordialità e per tutta la vacanza è stata prodiga di consigli per gite ed escursioni. La cucina è ben attrezzata, con lavastoviglie, microonde, bollitore, caffè all'americana; il letto molto comodo. ottimo wifi. Il bagno non è molto grande, ma c'è tutto quello che serve, compresa una comoda e larga doccia. La grande terrazza è stupenda per godersi la vista dei monti e del tramonto ed è stata molto apprezzata anche dal nostro cane. Grazie di tutto Ms. Heike, ci piacerebbe tanto tornare!

Qualche utensile in più in cucina (es. forbici). Per i turisti italiani manca la moka. Per il resto tutto più che bene!

Bequeme Übernachtung in einem großen Haus bei einer außergewöhnlich hilfsbereiten Gadtgeberin🙂

Schönes großes Haus mit viel Platz und allem, was man im Urlaub braucht. Heike hat uns eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung gestellt, den Trockner aufgestellt und eingeheizt, damit unsere Wäsche schneller trocknet. Es gab bequeme Zimmer, große Küche und Badezimmer. Schade das wir dort nur eine Nacht verbringen konnten.

Alles war in Ordnung.
