Easy place to sleep on a budget, bit older building with shared facilities.

Easy entrance. Spacious room. Price/quality is in order. Own sink and own shower with good hot water. Shared toilet en small kitchenette. It wasn't dirty, but a bit older. Would advise if you are looking for a place just to sleep, on a budget, with easy entrance (keybox at the entrance). We slept on the top floor under the sloping roof, I imagine other rooms will be more pleasant.

You get what you pay for :)

One skibus stop just few dozens meters above the house. Another one the opposite direction on the main street. Both easily reachable even in ski boots - free skibus to Nassfeld ski resort.

Missing some kind of a dedicated drying room/space for wet skis/snbs/boots. Had to use the balcony/entrance hall/rooms.

Superb

Clean confortable room. In winter is very calm and quiet. Exactly at the ski lift. Kitchen is well equiped.

Room 1 window to garden was broken, it could not be opened. The other window of the room was possible to open, but there is the smoking corner. So is not easy to get fresh air in the room.

Excellent breakfast buffet. Helpful, lovely hosts. Bit of character in the room. No extra fee for taking my dog.

We had an attic room and it was very hot which was a bit unfortunate. We did have a fan in the room though.

Undichte Fenster, für den Sommer sollte es passen

Es war mit Abstand das günstigste zu diesem Termin. Leider wissen wir jetzt auch warum. Schlüsseltresor war gut.

Die Fenster waren komplett undicht. Es war nicht einmal eingeheizt wie wir gekommen sind. War auf Frostschutz eingestellt. Das WC war am Gang, die Dusche dafür im Zimmer. Fenster an einem der öffentlichen WC ging nicht komplett schließen. Mikrowelle hat nicht funktioniert. Rollo waren nicht blickdicht. schlecht montiert. Das Bett war genau vor dem Raucherbereich und noch dazu einsehbar für alle.

Aus den geschilderten Mängeln ergibt sich, dass ich froh war als ich wieder abreisen konnte

Zugang zum Haus extrem schwierig. Besser eine Anleitung als Aushang oder bei Code E-Mail. Ich stand ratlos vor der Tür. Auf Telefonanruf keine Reaktion. Ich wollte schon ein Ersatzquartier besorgen. Mängel: Steile Treppe, WC und eine Gemeinschaftsbadewanne außerhalb des Zimmers, keine Wassergläser oder Becher zum Zähneputzen oder Rasieren, kein Papierkorb für Abfälle, kein Fernseher, als Krönung völlig zerfetzte Gardinen bzw. Vorhänge. Außerdem habe ich 2 Tage keinen Besitzer oder Pächter zu Gesicht bekommen. Das Niveau entspricht vielleicht dem 1960er Jahre Stil. Heute ist das völlig unannehmbar, zumal zu dem Preis. Ich kann die Unterkunft niemandem empfehlen.

Tra i 3 soggiorni in Carinzia, il peggiore.

La posizione vicino a Weißbriach, al laghetto e la tranquillità.

L'appartamento non è molto luminoso, gli spazi sono stretti, la cucina al secondo piano non ha le piastre regolabili, l'asse del WC è rotto e cade, la doccia in camera ha il gancio rotto e bisogna tenerla in mano o appoggiarla a terra. L'arredamento non è molto curato nei dettagli o abbinamenti... Abbiamo posto una domanda tramite booking a cui non abbiamo mai avuto risposta.

De kamer op de begane grond had aan de hoofdzijde van het bed twee rolgordijnen die niet aansloten, met een spleet van 5 cm. Daardoor totaal geen privacy. Geen vitrage dus als de rolgordijnen omhoog waren (overdag) kon iedereen zo naar binnen kijken. Buiten bij ons raam was een zitje waar rokers gingen zitten. De rook trok naar binnen. De afwerking was matig, scheuren in het zonnescherm. We kregen twee handdoeken die niet fris roken.

Es gibt einen Recht großen Gemeinschaftsbalkon, , das absolute Highlight der Unterkunft.

Angefangen von einem eigenen Bad, was sich als Dusche im Zimmer rausstellte, über eine defekte Toilettenbrille in dem Gemeinschaftsklo bis hin zur verspäteten Möglichkeit des Eincheckens, sollte 15 Uhr sein, nur nach nochmaligem Anruf um 16.15 tat sich was. Ehrlich gesagt, hätte man für diese Übernachtung noch Geld bekommen müssen....

Kein TV wie an gegeben, nur ein kleiner Monitor und dieser schlecht montiert. Keine Zahnputzbecher oder Gläser, Dusche zu klein, kein WLAN, unangenehmes Licht, keine Deutsch sprechende Ansprechperson obwohl in einem deutschsprechenden Land (konnte nur Ungarisch und schlechtes Englisch). Schwere Parkmöglichkeit Gesamt: nicht Enpfehlenswert. Schlechtes Preis/Leistungsverhältnis.

Paesaggi da cartolina

Rapporto qualità prezzo. Praticamente imbattibile. Camera calda. Utilizzo cucina condivisa e attrezzata bene. Bellissima zona. Mezz'ora dall' autostrada.

Nella bassa stagione il posto auto non è un problema. Però i posti sono solo 2 per 8/9 camere. Il prezzo è stato molto basso, però ci sarebbe bisogno di sistemare un po' diverse cose rotte o malfunzionanti. Gli spazi condivisi, quando tutto è occupato sono limitati. Il check in era alle 15, ma al nostro arrivo alle 16, la camera non era pronta. La chiave al key-box non c'era. Quindi è stato noioso chiamare in inglese in Ungheria i gestori. Io non parlo inglese, ma per fortuna mia moglie si. Se fossi stato solo per me era un grosso problema. Bastava un avviso fuori, qualcosa che ci avvisasse del ritardo ( che può capitare). Insomma auto check-in migliorabile.
