It was really excellent, with +card included, close to Troppolach and Hermagor, very quiet.

Super

Nice new accommodation, dishwasher, washing machine, 2 bathrooms, wifi without problems. Even though there is little snow in the Alps this year, 90% of the slopes in Nassfeld were open at the end of March.

We arrived in the dark. We had a little trouble finding the right way to the house. Maybe a baking sheet to the oven would be fine. There is a potential risk of breaking the shower door due to the shelf in a small bathroom.

Very friendly and accommodating hosts, fluent in English. Everything in the house is new and top quality. The location is quiet, beautiful and close to a supermarket.

It would be nice to have some basic toiletries, such as hand soap.

Good apartment with nice view

The apartment exceeded our expectations. We didn't expect to have so many facilities in our possession, 2 bathrooms, 2 comfortable bedrooms, etc. Amazing location, close to a nice supermarket, and easy access to small farmer shops. Very pretty view.

Even with closed doors and windows, insects seem to just spawn out of nowhere. Also, after booking, a surprising nuance is when you will get a pdf of 4 pages of rules of what you should do before moving out of the apartment. It is important to note about the check-out, as it felt ratty to indicate on booking that the check-out is until 11 a.m. but in reality, if you won't leave after 10 a.m. you will be charged for half a day, even if it's for 1 hour more - as stated in the pdf. Why not indicate that in the policies on the booking rather than sending a pdf after you book and plan other trips.

Super Ausblick.

Aktuell gibt es in Kirchbach kein geöffnetes Restaurant. Im vorderen Teil (Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer und Wc) war es kalt, hingegen sind die hinteren Bereiche sehr warm.

Der Augenblick war bezaubernden und sehr ruhig.Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und wir kommen sicher wieder.

Ligging. Lekker rustig, maar toch snel bereikbaar vanaf de weg. Ruime mooie slaapkamers, tweede badkamer ook zeer ruim. Wasmachine beschikbaar. Vriendelijke hostess. Laden auto mogelijk voor zeer sympathiek tarief.

Verlichting woonkamer niet prettig voor de avond. Eén felle lamp met steriel wit licht. Geen sfeer. Geen horren voor de ramen waardoor deze vanwege insecten eigenlijk niet open kunnen. Geen gordijn voor toegangsdeur. Grote airco unit buiten, evenwel niet voor appartement.

Wäre da nicht das Wetter gewesen...

...hätte ich 12 von 10 Punkten vergeben. Sicher eine der besten Ferienwohnungen, in denen wir bislang waren. Modern eingerichtet und ausgestattet, geräumig und gemütlich. Auf jeden Fall das Geld wert. Endlich mal ausreichend Teller, Besteck, Gläser. Der Kicker auf der Terrasse: genial! Die Kommunikation spitze (obwohl niemand vor Ort war). Weniger Minuten bergab: Busstation. Ein traumhafter Blick auf das Gailtal. Ein herzliches Dankeschön.

Fast zufrieden.

Räumlichkeiten, Sauberkeit, Terrasse und die Lage

Bratpfanne ist nicht verwendbar da Beschichtung total verkratzt ist. Besteck könnte ein wenig höherwertig sein. Wir meinen nicht die sonstigen Messer. Es wäre vielleicht sinnvoll eine Pfanne aus Edelstahl zur Verfügung zu stellen. Da löst sich nichts ab. Tagsüber hört man den Verkehr von der Hauptstraße.

Sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet.

WLAN hat nur unterbrochen funktioniert, somit auch kein Fernsehen möglich.Aufenthaltsraum (Eingangsbereich) und vorderes Schlafzimmer sehr kühl.
