Top floor, were the sleepingrooms are, underneath the roof, can become warm during day. Maybe an extra portable fan or airco device will help

The balcony was great because we were able to stay outside even when it rained.

The bedrooms were offered as two separates but one hadn’t a door so when my parents had to use the bathroom during the night they had to cross our bedroom which was annoying because of the noise and lack of privacy.

A beautiful location with the most relaxing atmosphere

Beautiful location and super grounds, garden and facilities for the children to play and adults to relax. Karl gave us a warm welcome and was always friendly and helpful.

Wo'nderful getaway for families

The grounds and building were spectacular. We had a balcony with a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains, and could look down on the enormous green expanse of lawn, swimming pool, trampoline, and dozens of bikes available for guests. The building feels like it was pulled out of a history book, and the host was wonderful. The room itself was much bigger than we expected, split over two levels and plenty of room for the five of us to spread out and be comfortable. This place truly far exceeded our expectations!

Uitstekend

Heerlijk appartement met aangrenzend een grote tuin met zwembad, tafeltennistafel etc. Er staat een aantal fietsen die je mag gebruiken, de eigenaar, Karl, is een hele aardige gastheer en staat altijd voor je klaar, we hebben een hele leuke vakantie gehad in dit mooie deel van Oostenrijk. Voor herhaling vatbaar.

Mooie locatie. Gastvrije beheerder. Prachtige omgeving met veel mogelijkheden om erop uit te trekken en mooie plekjes te ontdekken.

Te weinig stopcontacten in keuken ruimte. Keuken is voorzien van magnetron, oven, koelvrieskast,vaatwasser. Dat is fijn.

Perfecte accomodatie in prachtige omgeving

Wij hebben genoten van de omgeving, hartelijke ontvangst en waren zeer tevreden over de accommodatie. Mooi onderhouden tuin, restaurants op loopafstand aanwezig. Wel reserveren!

Das Apartment ist geräumig und für und drei Personen absolut ausreichend gewesen.

die Gartenanlage war sehr schön, auch die Terrasse des Apartments. Für uns drei war es groß genug, die Küche mit Utensilien und Geräten gut ausgestattet. Der Kühlschrank kühlte sehr kalt!

Trotz des kühleren Wetters und Ventilator war es in den Schlafräumen etwas warm in der Nacht. Ein Universalputzmittel für die Küche hab ich gekauft, war aber kein Problem.

Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber, riesiger Garten, perfekt für Kinder, schöne Wohnung mit einer gut sortierten Küche. Im Endeffekt sind keine Wünsche offen geblieben!
