We stayed at this property in August 2018 because we wanted to visit Grossglockner. Upon our arrival, we were greeted by a nice old man who did not speak English. The apartment has an affordable price, but it is not renovated, the furniture, wall paper and carpets are very old and it is located in an attic. There is an unpleasant smell regardless of the regular cleaning and the wooden floor cracks loudly at every step. There is no sign outside the house to let you know that it is a guesthouse.
