A really cozy holiday house

We had an amazing stay. The house was recently renovated, very warm and cozy. The kitchen is perfectly equipped. The beds are really comfortable. The bathroom is also really big and convenient. We visited before Christmas and the house was nicely decorated with Christmas lights and a Christmas tree inside. The landlords are really welcoming, we forgot something and they sent it as soon as possible per post.

A beautifully and lovingly renovated house. It was very comfortable and cosy. Kim, the owner was very welcoming and friendly. We had everything we needed, including fresh free range eggs from their own chickens.

Fantastic vacation house with lovely hosts

We booked one night at Ferienhaus Herrenschmiede for a quick stop during a road trip around Austria. Even though we arrived too late, Kim gave us all the facilities to enter the house without any problems. Ferienhaus Herrenschmiede is a very tastefully decorated house, with a great attention to detail in every corner. We were surprised by the number of amenities provided, with a wide range of possibilities for outdoor activities nearby, both in summer and winter. On top of that, after we found out we forgot a beanie at the house upon our departure, Kim very kindly offered to send it back to my address. All in all, highly recommendable accommodation in every aspects and we will surely make sure to come back if we get the chance.

A dream house in Austrian alps!

Amazing wooden house in a great location, close to two largest ski resorts in the area. You wake up with an amazing view of mountains and the sun - strongly recommended!

It's a beautiful warm little house, renovated as new, with incredible passion for details, and a great story behind it. We were two families with ski equipment (our fault), so it was a bit crowded, but still had a really great time. If we missed anything, Kim or Koen would provide it in a heartbeat with a smile. Hope to come back again!

Sounds of people moving around inside are noticeable, but it comes along with the nature of the house, and we were not bothered. We had a lot of stuff with us, so storage space was scarce, but we found our way around it,

It was a beautiful and comfortable house to stay in with children. Everything was set up so we felt like we were at home. The children had a lot of fun playing in the yard and with the animals and never wanted to leave. Highly recommend a stay here!

Absolute Empfehlung! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Ein wirkliches Schmuckstück mit allem was man braucht! Sehr liebe Gastgeber und gute Ausstattung der Wohnung. In der Küche ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, die Betten sind bequem und die Lage ist perfekt zum Skigebiet.

Die Zimmer sind durch die Dachschräge etwas niedrig, man muss mit seinem Kopf aufpassen. Aus der Dusche läuft das Wasser wenn man nicht aufpasst auf den Flur.

Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Lage, super Frühstück, schönes Anwesen mit Garten und Hängematte. Die Gastgeberin war sehr nett und hat uns einen Einzug schon um 12 Uhr ermöglicht.

Die Zimmer im 1. OG sind etwas klein, zumal das Zimmer mit dem Doppelbett eine arge Dachschräge aufweist.

קים המארחת מקסימה וחברותית, מתחזקת את דירת האירוח בצורה יוצאת דופן. איך שנכנסנו הרגשנו בבית. הבית נקי ביותר, מעוצב מקסים עם חשיבה על הפרטים הקטנים. יש בו הכל לאירוח מושלם. הגינה מטופחת, יש כמה חיות משק למי שאוהב ללטף. הבית אפילו יותר יפה במציאות מאשר בתמונות. מומלץ בחום!

אין, הכל היה מושלם. חדרי השינה, המקלחת והשירותים נמצאים בקומה העליונה - דורש עליה במדרגות ( חשוב להכיר אם יש קושי בניוד).

Piękne miejsce na nocleg na trasie Alpe Adria! Dom czysty, zadbany, super wyposażony. Przemiła Pani gospodarz :) 5 min spacerem od domu jest restauracja z przepysznym jedzeniem!

Enkel bed was erg zacht, daardoor slecht geslapen. Ontbijt extra besteld á €15,00 => basis ontbijt.

Mooi comfortabel huis om Obervellach e.o. te ontdekken.

We hebben het huisje alleen gebruikt voor te slapen en op te frissen. Accommodatie is van all gemakken voorzien om er volledig te verblijven, maar hebben daar geen gebruik van gemaakt. 2 slaapkamers met comfortabele bedden en in de woonkamer is een slaapbank voorzien voor 2 personen. Deze was ook al volledig opgemaakt. Ruime fijne badkamer. Vanuit het huis mooi uitzicht. De vriendelijke Belgische eigenaren hebben voor ons een zeer prettig verblijf van gemaakt.
