A pleasant stay in the mountains

The apartment was clean, great location for travellers by car. It’s fairly close to the train station from which you can bypass the Tauern motorway. Nice to stay in the mountains for a few days, many beautiful tours can be made on foot as the ski-lifts work year round here. The apartment is really up to modern standards.

There was no oven in the kitchen which is no negative but it would have made the kitchen even more richly equipped.

Highly recommended accommodation for carefree holiday

Great apartment with fabulous views around - comfortable beds, kitchen equipped with all the necessary appliances and other accessories. Good Internet connection. Superb location with plenty of hiking options, close to Sportgastein and other spots in Gasteinertal. Nice restaurants in the area.

Hello!! I am a demanding person. With a clear conscience, I can write that the price is very reasonable compared to other offers, not necessarily exceeding it overall. Extremely pleasant service, conditions very good for my family. Our little dog, treated like a guest, whereas in most offers we would have to pay. Very helpful and kind Judith, who offered us assistance in many aspects. Of course, you can always find something to nitpick about. However, I wanted to share what is important to me. Clean, spacious and great value for money

Well stocked with essentials for cooking. It was very clean and spacious for the family - the garden was a real bonus. Gabi was fabulous in regards to communication. Fantastic value for money too.

The only thing was the proximity to the road and traffic noise at night.

Calm location, mountain view, suitable for families, had all what you need.

The kitchen is a bit too small, no counter to prapare the food. Shower glass gums were a bit worn, so leaked on the floor. Just minor inconveniences.

Nice, but needs better maintenance and probably some renovation.

Large rooms, comfortable beds.

It looks like it requires some renovation and minor modifications: the bath and water facilities are working with some difficulties, the lamp in the main room is not connected properly- unpleasant noise can be heard (decided not to use it at all to avoid risky electrical issues).

A minor issue - classic radiator valves - man need to play a days to adjust heating in the apartment. Smaller apartment than ordered 70m2.

Nice Appartmen

The Appartment has a private parking, the room is big and spacious. It has a fully equipped kitchen.

The check-out is very early at 9:30am, the head board of the bed is obviously not cleaned because there was thick dust on it and also under the bed. We had to throw the trash even if we already paid for the cleaning fee.

I was a really great skiing holiday and we will come back for sure in the following years.

The room was spacious, clean, and warm. The kitchen was well equiped. The bathroom was very clean. The apartment is close to the ski lifts, and they have a parking place outside. It is perfect for a couple who wants to go skiing or maybe hiking in the summer. The apartment offers everything you need.

The quality of the wifi in our room was very bad, we barely managed to access it. It will be nice if the owner will set more rooters so each apartment has quality wifi.

Excellent apartment base for ski or summer holiday

Very comfortable and quiet apartment. Reasonably equipped small kitchen. Excellent comfortable beds. Good shower. Great for skiing- there is a ski room to dry boots and the bus stop is about 100m away with an excellent punctual service up and down the valley. For car drivers there is a car park at the front of the building. Very nice and helpful hosts. Good value for money. We hope to return.

With limited cooking facilities a microwave would have been useful (though hard to fit in a small kitchen). Not providing washing up liquid and spare rubbish bags seems a bit mean and is inconvenient …we couldn’t wash up until we’d managed to buy some washing up liquid the day after we arrived. We often stay at apartments and usually the basics are provided- charge an extra couple of euros per booking to cover the cost. Instructions of what to recycle where would have been useful for guests not familiar with the local systems. Finally the tone of the “do’s and don’ts” notice in the apartment seems very inconsistent with the kindness of the owners. But these are just suggestions to improve an already excellent experience.

By far the worst apartment I’ve ever been to.

location is ok, building is ok as well, but service awful

The host and how the property is run is awful. Kitchen was dirty and smelly. Floor in the kitchen was sticky. Plates and cups were dirty. After snowstorm snow wasn’t cleaned on the property, you have to do it by yourself. There was even no soap in the bathroom. if you arrive late Saturday, you have to stay full day with dirty hands, as no shop is working. As a cherry on top, the list of rules and penalties, the greats you on the entry door. My favorite are: Dirty dishes - 25 eur on top of cleaning fee already charged. And they provide you with dirty kitchen. Ruined towel - 50 eur, you are provided with a ruined towel in the first place. And also you receive one toilet paper roll with the note “start pack” 🥴🥴

Better than at home

Modern and very spacious appartement with all the comforts, perfect cleaning, very comfortable beds, we had a wonderful stay. The owners were kind, friendly, discrete and always ready for any question. Also the organization for check-in check out was fast and easy, with the surprise of Gastein card directly provided by the owners and also a little private garden, many thanks! Hoping to come back soon.

Very good

Our apartment was clean and well prepared. Before the trip, we received the necessary information from Silvia. She was very helpful and also support us to plan our hikes nearby. The distance to Bad Gastein downtown area is around four kilometres but possible to go there by foot using the nice Kaiserin-Elisabeth-Promenade.

The kitchen was not American (but a little bit old fashioned) style, so, together with the dining part was narrow. The bathroom was similarly small (compared to the size and capacity of the apartment). Some things around the house should be maintained.

A well located clean stay in the mountains!

Accommodation was clean and comfortable, a nice bed, well equipped kitchen and the BEST hot shower one could want after a day of hiking in the mountains. Jurgen was friendly and helpful with tips.

The bed and the seating area were in the same room which gave it a bit of a hotelroom feeling. But using the bed as a sofa worked for when we wanted to watch a movie. Plus, we werent in the room that much anyway. The bed was however super comfortable!

Relaxing,

My Overall experience was very good. It was very nice and clean apartment to stay. Beds were clean. Sitting was nice. There were 2 Tv's. Kitchen was full of all necessary appliances. Fridge, Microwave, Toaster, etc. Also, It was at very nice location to stay in mountains away from busy lives of city. I would love to go back one day again and stay in same apartment. Thanks for providing such a nice Accomodation.

There was only one thing that there was no window in Washroom but Owner has fitted a ventilator in it so You have to use it frequently otherwise It could get worse but still I would say that have sorted it out.

Prostorný apartmán blízko Bad Gasteinu

Prostorný apartmán hned vedle Bad Gasteinu. Zastávka skibusu byla 100m od domu. Předání klíčů pomocí kodu, v domě je lyžárna a dostatek parkování před domem. Kuchyň byla dostatečně vybavená.

Apartmán by potřeboval důkladněji vyčistit, v rozích byly vrstvy prachu a na stropě stopy od zatékání. Lyžádna je bohužel relativně malá, takže se nám pravidelně dělo, že jsme neměli kam dát své lyže, když jsme ze svahu došli později než ostatní.

Schöne Appartments mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes großes Apartment für 4 Personen (Ankogel). 2 Schlafzimmer, Bad, WC, Wohnküche und separates kleines Wohnzimmer. Alles wirkte neu saniert und sehr gepflegt. Küche auch gut ausgestattet. Schibus hält 50m vom Haus entfernt. Kommunikation mit den Vermietern problemlos und angenehm.

In der zweiten Wohnung, wo der andere Teil der Gruppe wohnte, war das besteck recht schmutzig.

Die Wohnung ist großzügig, sehr sauber und war schön warm. Das Bad wurde renoviert. Die Betten sind sehr bequem.

Ein leeres Regal in der Küche wäre noch gut, in dem man etwas reinstellen kann. Da die Küchenschränke bereit alle vollgestellt sind :)

Sehr sauber und „zentral“ gelegen, man ist überall sehr schnell, zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto :-) Am besten gefallen hat uns, dad Hunde herzlich willkommen sind :-)

Locație minunată în inima munților

Apartament spațios, bine echipat și foarte curat. Locație ușor accesibilă și aproape de magazine, restaurante, benzinării, precum și de facilități turistice (telecabine, bai termale). Bine izolat fonic (nu se aud nici mașinile și nici trenurile). Gazdele au pornit încălzirea, deși era luna august, pentru că noaptea era destul de rece.

Nu este nimic de reproșat.

Közel van a bolt, a böcksteini vasútállomás. Tiszta volt az apartman.

Gute Wohnung, viel Regen im Sommer

Daa Appartment war komplett und gemütlich mit allem was man gewöhnlich in Wohnungen braucht. Trotz Lage an der Nebenstrecke nach Villach (zugverladung) ist es sehr ruhig.

Das Bett war für meinen Geschmack etwas zu weich.

Kellemes, jó lokációval bíró, remekül felszerelt szállás.

Az egész ház és a szoba is patyolattiszta volt, még egy pókhálót sem láttunk sehol. Az apartmannunk nagyon jól fel volt szerelve, mindent megtaláltunk benne, amire szükségünk volt. Külön tetszett, hogy a konyha egy teljesen külön helyiségben volt, nem egyben a szobával. A szobánk nagy volt, kényelmesen elfértünk benne, és bőven volt hely a holminknak is. Két nagy gardrób szekrény az előszobában, egy kisebb polcos szekrény és egy négy fiókos komód a szobában. Volt ruhaszárító és seprű is. A gyereknek rendes ágya volt, nem az a tipikus összecsukható vendégágy. Az erkély - bár nem használtuk - hatalmas volt és nagyon tiszta. A parkolás kényelmesen közvetlenül a bejárat előtt a ház saját udvarán. A fürdőszoba is teljesen rendben volt. Judit a ház gazdaasszonya nagyon kedves és segítőkész volt. A tulajjal Gabival pedig gyors és könnyű volt a kommunikáció, szinte minden kérdésünkre azonnal válaszolt még az utazás előtt is és minden szükséges információt megadott. A ház jól megközelíthető helyen van, a főút mentén, könnyű megtalálni. Este a főút ellenére nem zajos, egyrészt mert jól zárnak az ablakok, másrészt, mert alig van forgalom. Összességében ajánlom a szállást, pár napos, egy hetes tartózkodásra tökéletes.

A wifi borzasztóan gyenge, szinte egyáltalán nincs. A matracok nagyon kényelmetlenek, puhák, elhasználtak voltak. Nekem rossz volt az alvás rajta.

صراحة المكان هدوووووووء جداً للي يبحث عن الهدوء ومنطقة باردة وجميلة ولكن بعيد السكن جداً عن كابرون وادي زيرتال والفعاليات القريبة من بعض وحقه يوم لزيارة باد قاستين وبادهوف وبالنسبة الشقه متكاملة ونظافتها لا بأس ولكن جميلة تمشي
