About this house rental
The holiday home is a semi-detached house and is modernly furnished. The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing. 4 sun loungers. The holiday home BAL MAR 145 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 112 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Heating with gas convector on request.
The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. The entrance leads over a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with fireplace, lounge and TV. You have access to the covered terrace with garden furniture, 1 table and 6 chairs. American kitchen with dinette, dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. The dinette offers space for 7 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 additional bed at sleeping accommodation. Bedroom with 1 double bed and 1 baby bed. Bathroom with bathtub with shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Stations in different languages.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street. Parking on the property.

Es ist ein schönes Haus, ausreichend für 8 Personen. An der Ausstattung gibt es nichts auszusetzen. Beide Bäder sind ausreichend gross, sodass es auch mit mehreren Personen "keinen Stau" gibt.

Das war ein perfekter Urlaub. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Schlüsselübergabe lief problemlos ab. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.
