Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 5 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 118 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The entrance leads over 3 steps and a terrace directly in the living room. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen in the eat-in kitchen with dishwasher, gas stove (4 burners), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (180 l, freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Bathroom with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet with WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite. Stations in different languages.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 280 sqm closed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs, and trees, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side street (paved). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

Internet access (Wi-Fi). Television reception is via satellite. Channels in various languages.
For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with CO2 detectors, smoke detectors, and a first aid kit.

Ein sehr schönes Haus,tolle Ausstattung optimal zum Entspannen.

Das Haus ist sauber, gut ausgestattet. Die Fotos sind noch nicht sichtbar, aber es gibt eine neue Küche mit Geschirrspüler. Neuer Grill, Wi-Fi. Bei einem erneuten Besuch des Plattensees werden wir die Anlage wieder nutzen.

Alles sauber und so gut wie neu im Haus .Abreisetag früh um 4 Uhr gestartet und pünktlich die Kaution wiederbekommen! Preis-Leistungsverhältnis einwandfrei .

Sehr gut aufgeteilte Ferienhaus. Sauberkeit 1A. Grundstück ebenfalls sehr gepflegt.
Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Für hochsommerlichen Temperaturen wäre ein Klimaanlage sehr hilfreich, trotzdem von uns klare Empfehlung.
