The detached holiday home, built in 1990 and renovated in 2020, is furnished in the typical local style. The property is located in a residential area, in the town centre. The residence is popular also due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for exclusive use: sun lounger, children's playground, sandpit, barbecue facilities, terrace, pavilion, garden furniture, porch swing, campfire area and courtyard. The sandpit is covered.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 4 bedrooms), is 90 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas). The entrance is covered. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room as intersecting room, 20 sqm and with lounge and TV. 4 bedrooms each 10 sqm and with 2 single beds. Kitchen with dinette, gas stove (4 burners), oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and washing machine. The dinette offers space for 6 persons. Bathroom 10 sqm and with shower and 1 washbasin. Separate toilet 5 sqm and with WC.
Upper floor: Living room 30 sqm and with TV. Bathroom 15 sqm and with shower, 1 washbasin and WC.
TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 500 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property.

Velkou vadou, hendikepem, na nabízeném objektu je hlavní železniční trať v těsné blízkosti, prakticky za plotem, nikoliv 200m jak je psáno v popisu.
