Swimming Pool, Outside Seating, Ease of Access to surrounding facilities and Lake Balaton, Garden Fire Pit, Large Dining Room/Lounge
Kitchen Facilities too small... No oven only 2 small Hobs and 1 microwave - Doors to bedrooms have glass in them - NO privacy in lounge / Bedroom, Fridge Freezer not defrosted from last residents so the fridge temp was high, Upstairs plug sockets LOOSE in wall so whenever we pulled a plug out the whole socket came out - NOT good when you have a toddler in tow, Upstairs shower room terrible... hole in floor and the wall made it impossible to use the loo unless you were an Oompa Loompa or smaller than 4ft. The swimming pool was reserved till the day we left (Guaranteed by the Firm that ran the house) yet after the first week the person that looked after the pool gave up - no chlorine tablets meant the pool was unusable for the second week and turned green.
