The domicile is also popular due to its quiet and sunny location. Available for use: sun umbrella, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, garden furniture, and Hollywood swing. Rowboat 10 EUR / day, sailboat 50 EUR / day.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 6 rooms (from which 5 bedrooms), is 126 sqm and can accommodate up to 10 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Eat-in kitchen with lounge, dinette and TV. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. You have access to the 38 sqm terrace. Bedroom with 1 double bed. Kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: 2 bedrooms each with 1 double bed. Bedroom with 2 single beds. Bedroom with 1 bunk bed. Bathroom with shower and WC.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is located on a 250 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn and flowers, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. A total of 2 identical holiday units (2 semi-detached houses). Access is via a side road (asphalted). Parking (for 3 cars) on the property.

For your safety, the accommodation is equipped with smoke detectors.

All pools are available for your exclusive use. Outdoor pool (operational from early June to early September, 5 m in diameter, 0.90 m deep).

Im Obergeschoss sind die Zimmer ziemlich warm was aber auch bei Mansarde nicht zu verhindern ist (Ventilator mitnehmen empfehlenswert). Ansonsten alles in Ordnung. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich.
