Available for use: sun lounger, barbecue facilities, and garden furniture. 4 sun loungers. The holiday home BAL MAR 146 (for 8 people) is located in the other semi-detached house.

Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 4 rooms (from which 3 bedrooms), is 112 sqm and can accommodate up to 8 persons. An air conditioning ensures pleasant temperatures on hot days. Heating with gas convector on request.
The air conditioning unit is located upstairs in a bedroom. The entrance is ground level. The rooms are divided as follows:
Ground floor: Living room with dinette and TV. You have access to the terrace. American kitchen with gas stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin and washing machine. Separate toilet with WC.
Upper floor: Bedroom with 1 double bed. You have access to the balcony. 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds and 1 additional bed. Bathroom with with shower, shower, 1 washbasin, WC and window.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access and washing machine. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Balatonmáriafürdő. The holiday home is situated on a 100 sqm enclosed garden plot, bordered by a fence. The landlord does not live in the house or on the property. Access is via a side road (paved). Parking on the property.

wir waren das 2x mal im Haus und es war wieder sehr schön.
Vor allem gefällt uns die Ruhe ringsherum ohne Party ohne laute Nachbarn.

Schönes Haus mit schönen Garten und Pool. Ein Schlafzimmer aufgrund längerem Regens nicht mehr nutzbar. Nässe im Teppich mit Feuchtigkeitsgeruch! Endreingigung in Küche wurde nur bedingt durchgeführt!!
