Relaxing, clean and comfortable place to stay

We were looking for a place to relax and we made a right choice. There is a big garden, relaxing area and a little playground . You won’t hear anything except birds singing. I think there were two apartments total in the building for booking and Eva (landlord)is leaving downstairs ( you can ask if you need anything) the apartment was duplex. There were queen bed downstairs and a single bed and a sofa bed upstairs. The ac was working well . The apartment was cute and there was a lot of attention to details. The queen bed was comfortable. Eva is very kind and willing to help. We will return for sure.

The Wi-Fi wasn’t great but both me and my husband work online from there( good enough)

Gorgeous view, close to town but isolated, romantic apartment.

The host was wonderful and helped us a lot during the stay. One of us caught the flu and we couldn't do much. She brought us products we needed and was very empath. The location is so beautiful, and the host gave us plenty of recommendations.

The house was spotlessly clean, well maintained and set in a beautiful spacious garden. Located good for those who like quietness and rural surrounding

There were no basic supplies - no coffee, milk etc. The spacious lower floor is not convenient for sleeping. the upper floor were I slept was too hot, and the cooler was noisy

Great location, we were looking for a place that was a few minutes drive to the city centre, whilst being in nature. My girlfriend and I went for walk in the surrounding hills. It was beautiful, more so when you are coming from a city and are constantly surrounded by cement.

View, big garden, nice terasse. Eva was very friendly and caring, the view was great and the room was clean. We had a great time and enjoyed it a lot, thanks also to Eva.

Perfect stay in lago Maggiore

We rent an apartment in BB10 OASI for my girlfriend, my daughter and me. Everything perfect. Relax, calm, in the middle of nature. Apartment big, well decorated, well equiped, clean... They give us some toys for my daughter and a crib. The host is extremely nice. The breakfast is superb! An excellent choice to visit lago Maggiore and lago di Orta. The restaurant near the appartment serves a very good traditional dishes.

Lots of flying insects bit the apartment had mosquito net in doors and windows. The appartment is in the middle of the fild, so it is not in the town (Arona), you need a car to go and back from the appartment. The road to reach the appartment is not very good. There are several stairs to go up the appartment, it could be a problem for some people (not for us).

Beautiful B&B in nature close to city centre and very kind owner

Extremely kind owner, we had a big delay on our flight and only managed to arrive to the place at 23:00. She still waited up for us and helped us with settling in. Breakfast was great with a beautiful countryside view. Room was very cosy, big walk-in closet, big bathroom and we also had a kettle for tea for during the day.

Checkout was at 10:00 which for us was a little bit too early (we hoped to sleep in a bit longer). The location is not precise on google maps but someone directed us when we arrived closer. Wifi was slow but manageable. Kids from other guests were noisy early morning, but this B&B is targeted mainly for families so I guess it should be expected.

Entorno muy tranquila, la casa está cuidada al mínimo detalle. La anfitriona es excelente, nos ayudó muchísimo y estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros. Lo recomiendo!

BB10 Oasi di tranquillità. Non molto di comfort.

L'ambiente esterno è la parte forte della struttura. All'esterno dello studio (non mi sentirei di dire alloggio) si trova un bellissimo terrazzo per le colazioni (noi facevamo anche cena). La proprietà comprende anche un enorme prato con giochi, ideale per i cani ed i bambini. Eva ci ha accolto con gentilezza, con un bel cestino di benvenuto, e ci ha fornito alcune informazioni utili. Forse un po' troppo discreta (ma questo è assolutamente soggettivo, almeno, a me piace l'host che ti consiglia, suggerisce e stuzzica un po' su cosa fare in zona :-)). Anche se l'Oasi si trova tra i boschi, in pochi minuti sei sul lungo lago o nel centro di Arona, che merita veramente la vacanza.

L'alloggio è piccolo, anche se ha tutto il necessario, e sfrutta un praticabile sotto la soffitta che fa da cameretta, dove ci può giusto stare mio figlio che è alto un metro e trenta. Manca, perchè non ci sta, un divanetto o qualcosa che faccia un po' soggiorno. L'Oasi si trova in una zona tra i boschi che la rende affascinante e tranquilla, ma anche un po' isolata, con l'ultimo tratto un po' malconcio. Col buio non esci senza la pila.

Struttura accogliente, situata in un una oasi verde e silenziosa

Condizionatore inadeguato: rumoroso e insufficiente. La TV era posizionata in maniera poco adeguata. Wifi lento.

We hebben ontzettend genoten van deze fantastische rustige plek in een heel groene omgeving in de bergen en komen zeker

De rust, de prachtige grote tuin en uitzicht, het grote terras, de knusse inrichting van het appartement, de ontvangst van Eva en Claudio en het welkomst-mandje met ontbijt.

Houd rekening smalle toegangswegen en met de trappen om het appartement te bereiken. Niet altijd handig met een hondje.

Wunderbare Wohnung in abgelegener Gegend mit riesigem Garten

Wir hatten eine super saubere Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Gastgeberin! Das Highlight der Wohnung war der riesige Garten und die große Terrasse, aber auch die Wohnung selbst war gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt außerhalb von Arona und man kommt nur über enge Straßen oder Waldwege dahin, aber wenn man seine Ruhe sucht, ist man hier richtig! Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist so geregelt, dass man im unteren Teil Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Esstisch hat und über eine Treppe in den Wohnbereich mit Couch und Sesseln kommt. Hier war der Nachteil, dass der Fernseher nicht im oberen Bereich, sondern an der Wand über dem Esstisch hängt. Aber wir waren auch nicht zum fernsehen im Urlaub, von daher ist das nicht so schlimm. Von der Gastgeberin wurde gegen Aufpreis auch ein Frühstückskorb mit regionalen Produkten angeboten, der sein Geld auch wert ist, da die Qualität des Essens wirklich gut ist! Auch bei Problemen und Fragen war die Gastgeberin immer sofort für uns da - danke dafür!

Die Anfahrt über die enge einspurige Straße oder die Waldwege mit vielen Schlaglöchern war teilweise abenteuerlich, aber da kann die Wohnung nichts daran ändern.

Wir lernten Arona und Umgebung kennen, war unser Wunsch zum 70 Geburtstag.

Eva war sehr freundlich und hat uns gute Typs gegeben. Es hat uns gefallen, dass gleich neben der Wohnung ein kleines Einheimisches Restaurant mit feinen selbstgemachte Spezialitäten war. Es hat auch einen grossen eingezäunten Garten wo unser Hund rumspringen durfte.
