About this apartment rental

Excellent location to visit Portovenere, the Palmaria island, the 5 lands and all the characteristic villages of the gulf of poets. La Spezia train station is 10 minutes away by car. The bus stop is located in front of the entrance door of the building. In the same building there is a pharmacy; a few meters away there are also restaurants and pizzerias, post office, newsagent, grocers and bars. The apartment has just been totally renovated.
The apartment is located on the third floor without lift.

The place was fantastic, super clean, and Davide was very good at communicating and offering any help that was needed. It is a bit outside of the main city which is no ones fault but our own, but there is a bus stop right outside. Overall the property and the host was fantastic

The owner is very kind, adviced us where we may have dinner, send us map how to reach the place and even gave us tickets for the bus. The apartment is very clean. Highly recomend this place.

Le fotografie rispecchiano l'appartamento, che ho trovato pulito e ordinato. Nonostante si trovi sulla strada principale, la camera da letto si trova in un'ala silenziosa della casa. L' appartamento dispone anche di ventilatori che , nel periodo che ho soggiornato ( prima metà di luglio), non ho avuto bisogno di utilizzare. Sotto casa c'è la fermata dell'autobus che porta a La spezia e a Portovenere, la farmacia e a pochi metri di distanza ci sono il tabaccaio e un piccolo negozio di alimentari. Non c'è un parcheggio privato, ma sotto casa è facile trovare un posto auto libero. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e è a disposizione per qualsiasi informazione di tipo turistico.
