About this apartment rental
Villa Pineta is a beautiful holiday rental with WiFi internet and air conditioning. The apartment / condo has been divided into a total of four independent units. The property can sleep up to 19 people comfortably. Conveniently located in Marina Di Castagneto Carducci, Italy in the tourist area "Tuscan Coast" and only 78 km (49 mi) from Pisa. There is a golf course nearby if you'd like to get in a round or two while on vacation.
IMPORTANT: teenagers' groups not allowed.
Guests have free access to a stretch of private sandy beach, located north of Marina di Castagneto. This is an area of about 10,000 sq.m. along the coast, a part of which is a fenced in botanical garden with plants, flowers and dune vegetation with an educational nature trail.

For your pleasure you will find a garden where you can unwind while enjoying a nice cold beverage after a busy day of sightseeing. A real benefit of renting a home, instead of multiple hotel rooms, is the ability to relax after a busy day of sightseeing with family and friends. Enjoy a meal together along with some local wine to finish the day. Also available outside are a patio and barbecue grill. A lot of people traveling with friends prefer a multi-unit holiday rental where they can spend time together in the common areas but still have their own private living quarters with bedroom and bathroom. In addition, each apartment has its own kitchen with plenty of utensils, tableware and cutlery.

Access from the garden into the living room ( Sat TV), with 1 single sofà bed and another single sofà bed (on request and to be paid on the spot).
Kitchen corner with gas cooking and oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, German and Italian coffee machines, a toaster and washing machine.
1 double bedroom; a bathroom with shower.
The apartment can communicate internally through a door in the corridor with the apartament BUGANVILLEA.
Private equipped outdoor area.
IMPORTANT, the maximum number of guests admitted in the house (babies included) cannot be more than 4 (each person and baby beyond 3 People has to pay an extra fee of 70€ per week)

My husband and I had the most wonderful vacation! The town of Marina di Castagneto Carducci is so amazing! We loved everything about our vacation. The apartment is a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The owners are such a delight and we really enjoyed talking with them and getting to know them. We had an amazing vacation and hope to be back soon!

The villa is nicely located in a pinewood. The owner has thoughtfully organised the apartment giving attention to every little detail. It is a very clean and light house, outside with a beautifull dining space with a marble table and arbour. The sea and the beaches are very close and both very clean - you can have access to private or public beach as well. However the sea has a long bathing area, which is nice for small children - but you have to walk a bit until you reach a point nice to swim from. Overall the resort is very small and ideal for families with children and may be adolescents. There is an open air cinema, fun park and quite a few restaurants. The Supermarkets are within 10 minutes of car drive.
