About this apartment rental
Two-room apartment of 40 sqm on the second floor with a sea-facing dining terrace, sleeps 4, equipped with all the necessary amenities to spend a wonderful beach holiday (air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, heating).
The apartment, being equipped with an independent heating system, is also ideal for spending holidays by the sea even in the coldest periods and enjoying the beauty of our area 12 months a year.
The apartment was renovated in 2017, it follows that the heating system and most of the furnishings are new.
Living room with double sofa bed, flat screen TV with digital terrestrial, dining table.
The kitchen is equipped with the following services: stove, fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher.
The room offers a French double bed with box (useful for storing suitcases and clothing), bedside tables with LED lights and a large wardrobe given the size of the property.
Bathroom with shower tray, toilet, bidet and sink.
The 8 square meter terrace houses an outdoor table to enjoy meals directly overlooking the sea, washing machine and sink for any need.
The property has a private access to the front beach, ideal for those with children.

L'appartamento è ottimo, pulito, attrezzato e arredato come da descrizione. La posizione è meravigliosa, con vista sul mare e, all'orizzonte, si intravedono le isole d'Elba, Capraia e Gorgona, se limpido, anche la Corsica. Si possono ammirare dei fantastici tramonti. Ottimo l'accesso alla spiaggia tramite un passaggio privato. Alessandro è cortese e disponibilissimo. Abbiamo trascorso una piacevole settimana. Grazie! Stefano e Nadia

Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Lage sehr schön
mit Sicht auf das Meer.
Im Juli und August Nachts lärmig von den Jugendlichen
auf der Strasse.
