Apartment of 60 sqm with its own terrace. The entrance leads from the garden to the living room, where there is a furnished seating area and a sofa (pull-out sofa bed). To the right is the dining area with a round table. To the right of the living room is the well-equipped kitchen with gas hob and gas oven, fridge, toaster, dishwasher and both Italian mocha and filter coffee machines. A hallway from the living room leads to the double bedroom (which can be converted into two single beds) and a large built-in closet.
Further along the corridor to the right there is a washing machine and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has its own area in the garden under a pergola where you will find a marble table, chairs and a wrought iron sofa with comfortable pillows. Also in the garden is a private shower with hot and cold water, a grill and two deck chairs.

Our house is only 300 m from the beach and it is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On the approx. 1200 sqm plot, the two-storey villa houses 3 apartments, each with its own terrace. You can walk to the center of the town, where numerous concerts and cultural events take place on its beach promenade in the summer months. Because of the many attractive leisure activities in the village, it is not easy to decide to go out or to stay comfortably at the house with its garden.
And about 1000 m from the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto" there is also a private property with a botanical path and sitting areas, as well as a dressing room, toilet, water, sun loungers and parasols.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port as the exit point for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful quiet village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).

The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit 200 €, heating 2. 00 € / hour. Pets allowed on request (please specify type and size)

MANDATORY DOOR TO DOOR WASTE COLLECTION: in case of accumulation of waste at Check-out, a fee will be deducted from the deposit.
