About this apartment rental
This apartment of 50 square meters is located on the ground floor and has its own area in the garden, equipped for eating outdoors. The entrance leads from the garden to the living room, where there is a sofa that can be used as a double bed or in two single beds. To the right is a well-equipped kitchen with a gas hob, gas hob, fridge, freezer, toaster and both Italian mocha and filter coffee machines. A washing machine and dishwasher are also available. From this room there is a bathroom with shower and a double room with wardrobe.
Our house is only 300 m from the beach and it is surrounded by numerous pine trees. On the approx. 1200 sqm plot, the two-storey villa houses 3 apartments, each with its own terrace. You can walk to the center of the town, where numerous concerts and cultural events take place on its beach promenade in the summer months. Because of the many attractive leisure activities in the village, it is not easy to decide to go out or to stay comfortably at the house with its garden.
And about 1000 m from the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto" there is also a private property with a botanical path and sitting areas, as well as a dressing room, toilet, water, sun loungers and parasols.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is located on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno and about 30 km from Piombino, the port as the exit point for the island of Elba. Marina is a beautiful quiet village on the crystal clear Tuscan sea. From Marina di Castagneto Carducci you can visit some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, as well as the Etruscan necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit 200 €, heating 2. 50 € / hour. Pets allowed on request (please specify type and size)

Die Wohnung liegt im Pinienwald und ist umgeben von einem schönen Garten mit altem Baumbestand und Blumen. Hier ist auch Platz für das Auto oder Fahrräder. Das Vogelgezwitscher schon beim Frühstück ist wunderbar.
Das Apartment ist sauber, gut und geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Wir haben jede Woche frisches Bettzeug, Handtücher und Küchentücher samt Tischtuch erhalten.
Der Sitzplatz im freien ist eine tolle Erweiterung, ebenso der botanische Garten direkt am Meer. Die Möglichkeit sich am Strand zurückzuziehen und in der Hängematte aufs Meer zu schauen, ist eine herrliche Erfahrung.
Ganz besonders möchten wir Annachiara danken für die sehr gute und freundliche Betreuung.

Das Appartement liegt idyllisch in einem kühlen, schattigen Pinienhain, hat eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche und hat uns drei Personen ausreichend Platz geboten. Fünf Minuten zum nächsten Strand, unterwegs nette Läden und Eisdielen. In der näheren und weiteren Umgebung tolle Ausflugsziele. Absolutes Highlight dieses Objekts: Ein traumhaftes Stückchen Privatstrand, das Giuseppe und seine Familie liebevoll zum botanischen Garten gemacht haben. Parkplatz, Strandequipment, Toilette, Außendusche. Vor den Blicken anderer verborgene schattige oder sonnige Plätze, Hängematten, Picknickplätze mit direktem Zugang zum Strand. Ein Traum und unsere Ruheoase während des Aufenthalts!

Sono stata in questo appartamento con i miei due figli grandi. Non è grande, ma c'è tutto, anche una seconda doccia fuori, che abbiamo usato ogni giorno. La cosa più bella è stato il giardino. Un tavolo molto bello sotto un gazebo elegante. Tanta ombra che riuscivamo a pranzare fuori anche con il caldo. Il wifi prende benissimo fuori, un po' meno in casa, ma non è stato un problema. Posizione molto buona, vicino al mare e al paesino. Ci torneremo sicuramente.

Wir haben eine Wohnung von Giuseppe für zwei Wochen gemietet. Buchung und Bereitstellung inkl. Kinderbett hat problemlos funktioniert.
Die Wohnung entsprach zwar der Beschreibung, jedoch ist sie leider schon ziemlich heruntergewohnt (Möbel/Bett/Couch). Die Ausstattung ist funktionell und einfach, zum Wohnen ist aber alles vorhanden. Die Temperatur der Dusche schwankte leider relativ stark zwischen kalt und warm, was das Duschen mit Baby etwas schwieriger gestaltet. Ebenso ist die Lage der Wohnung im Gebäude kritisch, da sie sich unterhalb der Terrasse der Nachbarn befindet (inkl. Schlafzimmer) und man praktisch jeden Schritt ungedämmt hört.
Da sich das Haus mitten im Pinienwald befindet, kommt bei geöffneten Fenstern leider kein Luftzug zustande und es wird schnell sehr warm, selbst wenn man nur kurz Kaffee kochen möchte.
Die Lage ist für Strandbesuche super, da man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß am Strand ist, der auch mehrere freie Abschnitte hat.
Als Mieter erhält man exklusiv Zugang zum Botanischen Garten "La Soldanella" inkl. Führung. Dieser ist sehr schön angelegt und bietet diverse Sitzmöglichkeiten auch im Schatten und direktem Zugang zum größten freien Strandabschnitt.
