About this apartment rental
This one-room apartment of 32 sqm is located on the beach promenade on the top (3rd) Floor of a building with an elevator. This west-facing apartment is in a very quiet and exclusive location.
The apartment consists of a single room plus bathroom and a terrace overlooking the sea equipped with a marble table and wrought iron chairs.
At the entrance you will find a sofa on the right that can be converted into a double bed. At the front there is a dining table and a closet. On the left there is a well-equipped kitchen area with two hot plates, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, both Italian mocha and filter coffee machines and a dishwasher. The door on the left leads to the marble bathroom with shower and washing machine.
The apartment is located on the 3rd and last floor of a building (elevator available), which also has smaller shops and restaurants. There is a washing machine, internet wi fi, private parking space, elevator. The beach directly in front of the building can be used freely. And about 1000 m from the apartments north of "Marina di Castagneto" there is also a private property with a botanical path and sitting areas, as well as a dressing room, toilet, water, sun loungers and parasols.
Marina di Castagneto Carducci is a beautiful village, located on the Etruscan coast, south of Livorno and only 30 km north of Piombino, starting point for the Elba island. The area is famous for its crystal clear sea water but also for some beautiful medieval villages such as Bolgheri 12km (famous for its Sassicaia wine) or Massa Marittima, which are the right places to visit, or also for the Etruscan Necropolis of Populonia (25 km).
The price includes gas, water, electricity, bed linen, towels and tea towels, final cleaning, Internet Wi-Fi.
Not included and to be paid on site: deposit € 200, air conditioning € 1 / kW, heating €1. 50 / hour. Pets allowed on request (please specify breed and size)
