Charming modern three-room apartment renovated and newly furnished in 2016 of 63 square meters, 5 beds.
Independent entrance, shared garden + private garden and uncovered parking space inside the property. Ventilated position, hot / cold air conditioning and mosquito nets on all windows. It is only 900 meters away. from the sea (free beach and equipped bathrooms).
The apartment opens into a large living room with kitchenette equipped with fridge, stove, oven, extendable table + 6 chairs, high chair for children, 3-seater sofa, TV.
Two double bedrooms with large wardrobes, one of which leads directly to the private garden. A large bathroom with shower cubicle.
The private garden is equipped with umbrella, table, chairs and barbecue for outdoor dining.
The Il Pino apartment is on the threshold of the enchanting pinewood of Marina di Castagneto, from which it is only 50 meters away, where you can take pleasant walks on foot, by bicycle or on horseback.
Excellent location, close to all services: bars, restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets and shops.

Fiorenza's property is perfectly located in a pretty seaside resort. On arrival, the place was spotlessly clean, and the extended family was there to help communicate in English for check-in! We enjoyed cycling to the beach on the bicycles provided, and having breakfast in the cafe across the road. Hopefully we will return one day.

We were a family of 5 - 2 girls {8 and 10) with their mother and 2 grandparents. The flat has space in and out on the patio, equiped with everything you can think of and need. Very high ceilings.
Opposite there is a good bakery- cafe. The way to the beach is through pine woods. There are bycicles in the house.
The owners are very friendly and offer any help you need.
They like their flat and very proud of it!
We had avery nice holiday there!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The apartment is very nice and nicely furnished. The landlords have always reacted very quickly and are very nice and courteous. You can tell they have a personal interest in the apartment. Particularly to emphasize is the cleanliness! Very clean indeed. There is WiFi via a 4G WiFi hotspot. The data volume is somewhat limited and our router was quickly empty (probably the predecessor used it a lot). However, I must point out that the landlady drove an extra 1.5 hours to the holiday apartment to bring us a new router with more data volume. There is a private parking space right in front of the front door. A nice patio behind the house with table, chairs and an arbour with washing machine. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. In one of them there is another single bed and in the other one a baby travel bed with mattress. The only thing to criticize is that the beds were a bit too hard for our taste (pure sprung mattresses). However, this is always a matter of taste and habit. The bathroom is completely new and modern.
Since we have a baby, it was pleasant for us that there was also a high chair in addition to the travel bed.
We also took bed linen and towels for 30 € extra.
All in all a nice holiday!
