Brekfast was not so good

Hotel is nicely located. Fishing and Athos boat port with 4-5 restaurants so always busy. No parking for guest but when you pass hotel you can find parking nearby. very small beach across but sea is so so with lots of boats. around ormos there are many beaches but in july august they are so crowded and dirty sea due to many marine boats. rooms are spacious and new, bathroom is nice. breakfast is ok good eggs yogurt, fruits, pastries. bread choices are not good, breakfast room is nice a little warm in the morning

half rooms face south and road and these are warm and noisy. north facing rooms have sea view and cool. personnel is russian. they work hard but not the smiley face you expect from a hotel staff. especially the owner walks around like the king of the ormos, has his special breakfast and gives bad looks around. you always have to go to beaches with car. natural bread and jam and honey would be good, better coffee machine would be good

The staff was friendly, the building was clean and renewed.

The water was very muddy and there was no hot water for 2 days.
